وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاء
وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلاَ يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إَلاَّ خَسَاراً

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاء لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Ya ayyuha alnnasu qad jaatkum mawAAithatun min rabbikum washifaon lima fee alssudoori wahudan warahmatun lilmumineena

Ya ku mutãne! Lalle wa´azi yã jħ muku daga Ubangijinku, da waraka ga abin da yake a cikin ƙirãza, da shiriya da rahama ga muminai.
O mankind! there hath come to you a direction from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases) in your hearts,- and for those who believe, a guidance and a Mercy.
O men! there has come to you indeed an admonition from your Lord and a healing for what is in the breasts and a guidance and a mercy for the believers.
O mankind! There hath come unto you an exhortation from your Lord, a balm for that which is in the breasts, a guidance and a mercy for believers.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
The Qur'an is an Admonition, Cure, Mercy and Guidance
Allah confers a great favor on His creatures in what He has sent down of the Gracious Qur'an to His Noble Messenger. He said:
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ...
O mankind! There has come to you good advice from your Lord.
A warning and a shield from shameful deeds.
... وَشِفَاء لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ ...
and a cure for that which is in your breasts,
A cure from suspicion and doubts. The Qur'an removes all the filth and Shirk from the hearts.
... وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ ...
a guidance and a mercy,
The guidance and the mercy from Allah are attained through it.
... لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٥٧﴾
for the believers.
This is only for those who believe in it and have firm faith in what it contains. As Allah said:
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلاَ يَزِيدُ الظَّـلِمِينَ إَلاَّ خَسَارًا
And We send down of the Qur'an that which is a cure and a mercy to those who believe, and it increases the wrongdoers nothing but loss. (17:82)
and;
قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ هُدًى وَشِفَآءٌ
Say: "It is for those who believe, a guide and a cure.'' (41: 44)
Allah then said:
يقول تعالى ممتنا على خلقه بما أنزله من القرآن العظيم على رسوله الكريم " يا أيها الناس قد جاءتكم موعظة من ربكم " أي زاجر عن الفواحش " وشفاء لما في الصدور " أي من الشبه والشكوك وهو إزالة ما فيها من رجس ودنس وهدى ورحمة أي يحصل به الهداية والرحمة من الله تعالى ; وإنما ذلك للمؤمنين به والمصدقين الموقنين بما فيه كقوله تعالى " وننزل من القرآن ما هو شفاء ورحمة للمؤمنين ولا يزيد الظالمين إلا خسارا " وقوله " قل هو للذين آمنوا هدى وشفاء " الآية .
"يا أيها الناس" أي أهل مكة "قد جاءتكم موعظة من ربكم" كتاب فيه ما لكم وما عليكم وهو القرآن "وشفاء" دواء "لما في الصدور" من العقائد الفاسدة والشكوك "وهدى" من الضلال "ورحمة للمؤمنين" به

«يا» أداة نداء.
«أَيُّهَا» منادى نكرة مقصودة مبني على الضم في محل نصب وجملة النداء لا محل لها.
«النَّاسُ» بدل أو عطف بيان.
«قَدْ» حرف تحقيق.
«جاءَتْكُمْ» ماض والكاف مفعوله والتاء للتأنيث.
«مَوْعِظَةٌ» فاعل مؤخر.
«مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ» متعلقان بموعظة.
«وَشِفاءٌ» معطوف على موعظة.
«لِما» ما اسم موصول ومجرور باللام ومتعلقان بشفاء.
«فِي الصُّدُورِ» متعلقان بشفاء.
«وَهُدىً وَرَحْمَةٌ» عطف على ما سبق.
«لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ» متعلقان برحمة.
