إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى
الَّذِينَ يَسْتَأْذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَاء رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ
مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ

أُولَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ
Olaika allatheena tabaAAa Allahu AAala quloobihim wasamAAihim waabsarihim waolaika humu alghafiloona

Waɗancan ne waɗanda Allah Ya bice hasken zukãtansu da jinsu da gannansu. Kuma waɗancan sũ ne gafalallu.
Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed.
These are they on whose hearts and their hearing and their eyes Allah has set a seal, and these are the heedless ones.
Such are they whose hearts and ears and eyes Allah hath sealed. And such are the heedless.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
أُولَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ ﴿١٠٨﴾
They are those upon whose hearts, hearing (ears) and sight (eyes) Allah has set a seal over. And they are the heedless!
He put a seal on their hearts so that they would not be able to understand what is beneficial for them, and He sealed their ears and eyes so that they would not benefit from them. Their faculties did not help them at all, so they are unaware of what is going to happen to them.
فطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يعقلون بها شيئا ينفعهم وختم على سمعهم وأبصارهم فلا ينتفعون بها ولا أغنت عنهم شيئا فهم غافلون عما يراد بهم .
"أولئك الذين طبع الله على قلوبهم وسمعهم وأبصارهم وأولئك هم الغافلون" عما يراد بهم
أي عن فهم المواعظ .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«أُولئِكَ» أولاء اسم إشارة مبتدأ واللام للبعد والكاف للخطاب.
«الَّذِينَ» موصولية خبر.
«طَبَعَ اللَّهُ» ماض ولفظ الجلالة فاعله والجملة صلة.
«عَلى قُلُوبِهِمْ» متعلقان بطبع.
«وَسَمْعِهِمْ» وأبصارهم معطوف على ما سبق.
«وَأُولئِكَ» الواو عاطفة وأولاء مبتدأ واللام للبعد والكاف للخطاب والجملة معطوفة.
«هُمُ» مبتدأ.
«الْغافِلُونَ» خبر والجملة خبر أولئك.
