وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا
فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاؤُوا بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا

Ya halicci sammai da ƙasa da gaskiya. Ya ɗaukaka daga abin da suke yi na shirka.
He has created the heavens and the earth for just ends: Far is He above having the partners they ascribe to Him!
He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, highly exalted be He above what they associate (with Him).
He hath created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all that they associate (with Him).

Allah is the One Who has created the Heavens, the Earth, and Man
Allah tells:
خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ...
He has created the heavens and the earth with truth.
Allah tells us about His creation of the upper realm, which is the heavens, and the lower realm, which is the earth, and everything in them. They have been created for a true purpose, not in vain, so that
لِيَجْزِىَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيِجْزِى الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ بِالْحُسْنَى
He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done (i.e. punish them in Hell), and reward those who do good, with what is best (i.e. Paradise). (53:31)
... تَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٣﴾
High is He, Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him.
He declares Himself to be above the Shirk of those who worship others besides Him.
He is independent of His creation, alone with no partner or associate. For this reason He deserves to be worshipped Alone, without partners.
يخبر تعالى عن خلقه العالم العلوي وهو السماوات والعالم السفلي وهو الأرض بما حوت وأن ذلك مخلوق بالحق لا للعبث بل " ليجزي الذين أساءوا بما عملوا ويجزي الذين أحسنوا بالحسنى " ثم نزه نفسه عن شرك من عبد معه غيره وهو المستقل بالخلق وحده لا شريك له فلهذا يستحق أن يعبد وحده لا شريك له .
"خلق السماوات والأرض بالحق" أي محقا "تعالى عما يشركون" به من الأصنام
أي للزوال والفناء . وقيل : " بالحق " أي للدلالة على قدرته , وأن له أن يتعبد العباد بالطاعة وأن يحيي الخلق بعد الموت .

«خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ» ماض وفاعله مستتر والسموات مفعوله المنصوب بالكسرة لأنه جمع مؤنث سالم.
«وَالْأَرْضَ» معطوفة على السموات.
«بِالْحَقِّ» حال والجملة مستأنفة.
«تَعالى » ماض فاعله مستتر.
«عَمَّا» عن حرف جر وما موصولية متعلقان بتعالى والجملة مستأنفة.
«يُشْرِكُونَ» مضارع وفاعله والجملة صلة.
