وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَداً وَلَم يَكُن
لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلَّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراً

الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَداً وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيراً
Allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi walam yattakhith waladan walam yakun lahu shareekun fee almulki wakhalaqa kulla shayin faqaddarahu taqdeeran

wanda Yake da mulkin sammai da ƙasa kuma bai riƙi abin haihuwa ba, kuma abõkin tãrayya bai kasance a gare Shi ba a cikin mulkinSa kuma Ya halitta dukan kowane abu, sa´an nan Ya ƙaddara shi ƙaddarãwa.
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions.
He, Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Who did not take to Himself a son, and Who has no associate in the kingdom, and Who created everything, then ordained for it a measure.
He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, He hath chosen no son nor hath He any partner in the Sovereignty. He hath created everything and hath meted out for it a measure.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah says here:
الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ ...
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion.
Allah states that He is above having any offspring or partner.
Then He tells us:
... وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيرًا ﴿٢﴾
He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.
meaning, everything apart from Him is created and subject to Him. He is the Creator, Lord, Master and God of all things, and everything is subject to His dominion, control and power.
وهكذا قال ههنا " الذي له ملك السموات والأرض ولم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك " ونزه نفسه عن الولد وعن الشريك ثم أخبر أنه " خلق كل شيء فقدره تقديرا " أي كل شيء مما سواه مخلوق مربوب وهو خالق كل شيء وربه ومليكه وإلهه وكل شيء تحت قهره وتدبيره وتسخيره وتقديره .
"الذي له ملك السماوات والأرض ولم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك وخلق كل شيء" من شأنه أن يخلق "فقدره تقديرا" سواه تسوية
عظم تعالى نفسه .

«الَّذِي» بدل من الذي السابقة «لَهُ» متعلقان بالخبر المقدم «مُلْكُ» مبتدأ والجملة صلة «السَّماواتِ» مضاف إليه «وَالْأَرْضِ» معطوف «وَلَمْ» الواو عاطفة ولم جازمة «يَتَّخِذْ» مضارع مجزوم بلم فاعله مستتر «وَلَداً» مفعول به والجملة معطوفة «وَلَمْ يَكُنْ» مضارع ناقص مجزوم بلم والجملة معطوفة «لَهُ» متعلقان بالخبر المقدم «شَرِيكٌ» اسم يكن والجملة معطوفة «فِي الْمُلْكِ» متعلقان بشريك «وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ» ماض ومفعوله وفاعله مستتر ، والجملة معطوفة «شَيْ ءٍ» مضاف اليه «فَقَدَّرَهُ» الفاء عاطفة وماض فاعله مستتر والهاء مفعوله والجملة معطوفة «تَقْدِيراً» مفعول مطلق
