إِنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَقُصُّ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ

Lalle ne wannan Alƙur´ãni(2) yanã gaya wa Banĩ Isrãĩla mafi yawan abin da sũ suke sãɓa wa jũnansu a ciki.
Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree.
Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in.
Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
The Qur'an tells the Story of the Differences among the Children of Israel, and Allah judges between Them
Allah tells:
إِنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَقُصُّ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ ...
Verily, this Qur'an narrates to the Children of Israel,
Allah tells us about His Book and the guidance, proof and criterion between right and wrong that it contains.
He tells us about the Children of Israel, who were the bearers of the Tawrah and Injil.
... أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ﴿٧٦﴾
most of that in which they differ.
such as their different opinions about `Isa. The Jews lied about him while the Christians exaggerated in praise for him, so the Qur'an came with the moderate word of truth and justice: that he was one of the servants of Allah, and one of His noble Prophets and Messengers, may the best of peace and blessings be upon him, as the Qur'an says:
ذلِكَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قَوْلَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِى فِيهِ يَمْتُرُونَ
Such is `Isa, son of Maryam. (It is) a statement of truth, about which they doubt. (19:34)
يقول تعالى مخبرا عن كتابه العزيز وما اشتمل عليه من الهدى والبيان والفرقان أنه يقص على بني إسرائيل وهم حملة التوراة والإنجيل " أكثر الذي هم فيه يختلفون " كاختلافهم في عيسى وتباينهم فيه فاليهود افتروا والنصارى غلوا فجاء القرآن بالقول الوسط الحق العدل أنه عبد من عباد الله وأنبيائه ورسله الكرام عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام كما قال تعالى " ذلك عيسى ابن مريم قول الحق الذي فيه يمترون " .
"إن هذا القرآن يقص على بني إسرائيل" الموجودين في زمان نبينا "أكثر الذي هم فيه يختلفون" أي ببيان ما ذكر على وجهه الرافع للاختلاف بينهم لو أخذوا به وأسلموا
على بني إسرائيل أكثر الذي هم فيه يختلفون " وذلك أنهم اختلفوا في كثير من الأشياء حتى لعن بعضهم بعضا فنزلت . والمعنى : إن هذا القرآن يبين لهم ما اختلفوا فيه لو أخذوا به , وذلك ما حرفوه من التوراة والإنجيل , وما سقط من كتبهم من الأحكام .

«إِنَّ هذَا» إن واسمها «الْقُرْآنَ» بدل من هذا «يَقُصُّ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة الفعلية خبر إن والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها «عَلى بَنِي» متعلقان بالفعل «إِسْرائِيلَ» مضاف إليه. «أَكْثَرَ» مفعول به مضاف إلى الذي «الَّذِي» مضاف إليه «هُمْ» مبتدأ «فِيهِ» متعلقان بالفعل بعدهما «يَخْتَلِفُونَ» مضارع وفاعله والجملة الفعلية خبر المبتدأ والجملة الاسمية صلة الذي
