وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ
السَّاعَةَ لآتِيَةٌ فَاصْفَحِ الصَّفْحَ الْجَمِيلَ

وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَاطِلاً ذَلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنَ النَّارِ
Wama khalaqna alssamaa waalarda wama baynahuma batilan thalika thannu allatheena kafaroo fawaylun lillatheena kafaroo mina alnnari

Kuma ba Mu halitta sama da ƙasã da abin da ke a tsakãninsu ba a kan ƙarya. Wannan shĩ ne zaton waɗanda suka kãfirta. To, bone ya tabbata ga waɗanda suka kãfirta daga wutã.
Not without purpose did We create heaven and earth and all between! that were the thought of Unbelievers! but woe to the Unbelievers because of the Fire (of Hell)!
And We did not create the heaven and the earth and what is between them in vain; that is the opinion of those who disbelieve then woe to those who disbelieve on account of the fire.
And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them in vain. That is the opinion of those who disbelieve. And woe unto those who disbelieve, from the Fire!

The Wisdom behind the Creation of This World
Allah tells us that He did not create the creatures in vain; He created them to worship Him Alone, then He will gather them on the Day of Gathering and will reward the obedient and punish the disbelievers.
Allah says:
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَاطِلًا ذَلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ...
And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose! That is the consideration of those who disbelieve!
meaning, those who do not think that the resurrection and the place of return will occur, but they think that there is nothing after this world.
... فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنَ النَّارِ ﴿٢٧﴾
Then woe to those who disbelieve from the Fire!
means, woe to them on the Day when they will be resurrected, from the Fire that is prepared for them.
Then Allah explains that because of His justice and wisdom, He does not treat the believers and the disbelievers equally.
يخبر تعالى أنه ما خلق الخلق عبثا وإنما خلقهم ليعبدوه ويوحدوه ثم يجمعهم يوم الجمع فيثيب المطيع ويعذب الكافر ولهذا قال تبارك وتعالى " وما خلقنا السماء والأرض وما بينهما باطلا ذلك ظن الذين كفروا " أي الذين لا يرون بعثا ولا معادا وإنما يعتقدون هذه الدار فقط " فويل للذين كفروا من النار " أي ويل لهم يوم معادهم ونشورهم من النار المعدة لهم ثم بين تعالى أنه عز وجل من عدله وحكمته لا يساوي بين المؤمنين والكافرين .
"وما خلقنا السماء والأرض وما بينهما باطلا" عبثا "ذلك" أي خلق ما ذكر لا لشيء "ظن الذين كفروا" من أهل مكة "فويل" واد
أي هزلا ولعبا . أي ما خلقناهما إلا لأمر صحيح وهو الدلالة على قدرتنا .

«وَما» الواو حرف استئناف وما نافية «خَلَقْنَا» ماض وفاعله «السَّماءَ» مفعول به «وَالْأَرْضَ» معطوف على السماء «وَما» معطوف «بَيْنَهُما» ظرف مكان «باطِلًا» صفة لمفعول مطلق محذوف «ذلِكَ» اسم إشارة مبتدأ «ظَنُّ» خبره «الَّذِينَ» مضاف إليه «كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «فَوَيْلٌ» الفاء حرف عطف ومبتدأ «لِلَّذِينَ» جار ومجرور متعلقان بالخبر المحذوف «كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «مِنَ النَّارِ» متعلقان بمحذوف خبر ثان
