فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُفْسِدِينَ

To, idan sun jũya bãya, to, lalle Allah Masani ne ga maɓannata.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ ...
And if they turn away,
by abandoning this truth,
... فَإِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُفْسِدِينَ ﴿٦٣﴾
then surely, Allah is All-Aware of those who do mischief.
for those who abandon the truth for falsehood commit mischief, and Allah has full knowledge of them and will subject them to the worst punishment.
Verily, Allah is able to control everything, all praise and thanks are due to Him, and we seek refuge with Him from His revenge.
" فإن الله عليم بالمفسدين " أي من عدل عن الحق إلى الباطل فهو المفسد والله عليم به وسيجزيه على ذلك شر الجزاء وهو القادر الذي لا يفوته شيء سبحانه وبحمده ونعوذ به من حلول نقمته .
"فإن تولوا" أعرضوا عن الإيمان "فإن الله عليم بالمفسدين" فيجازيهم وفيه وضع الظاهر موضع المضمر
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا» تولوا فعل ماض مبني على الضمة المقدرة على الألف المحذوفة لالتقاء الساكنين والواو فاعل وهو في محل جزم فعل الشرط.
«فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ» إن واسمها وخبرها والجملة في محل جزم جواب الشرط.
«بِالْمُفْسِدِينَ» متعلقان بعليم.
