وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ

فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْإِبْكَارِ
Faisbir inna waAAda Allahi haqqun waistaghfir lithanbika wasabbih bihamdi rabbika bialAAashiyyi waalibkari

Sabõda haka, ka yi haƙuri, lalle wa´adin Allah gaskiya ne. Kuma ka nħmi gãfara ga zunubinka, kuma ka yi tasbĩhi game da gõde wa Ubangijinka, maraice da kuma wãyħwar sãfiya.
Patiently, then, persevere: for the Promise of Allah is true: and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and celebrate the Praises of thy Lord in the evening and in the morning.
Therefore be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true; and ask protection for your fault and sing the praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning.
Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And ask forgiveness of thy sin, and hymn the praise of thy Lord at fall of night and in the early hours.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Then Allah says,
فَاصْبِرْ ...
So be patient,
means, `O Muhammad,'
... إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ ...
Verily, the promise of Allah is true,
means, `We have promised that your word will prevail and that the ultimate victory will be for you and those who follow you, and Allah does not break His promises. What We have told you is true and there is no doubt in it whatsoever.'
... وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنبِكَ ...
and ask forgiveness for your fault,
This encourages the Ummah to seek forgiveness.
... وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ بِالْعَشِيِّ ...
and glorify the praises of your Lord in the `Ashi,
meaning, at the end of the day and the beginning of the night,
... وَالْإِبْكَارِ ﴿٥٥﴾
and in the Ibkar.
meaning, at the beginning of the day and the end of the night.
قوله عز وجل " فاصبر " أي يا محمد " إن وعد الله حق " أي وعدناك أنا سنعلي كلمتك ونجعل العاقبة لك ولمن اتبعك " والله لا يخلف الميعاد" وهذا الذي أخبرناك به حق لا مرية فيه ولا شك وقوله تبارك وتعالى" واستغفر لذنبك " هذا تهييج للأمة على الاستغفار " وسبح بحمد ربك بالعشي " أي في أواخر النهار وأوائل الليل " والإبكار " وهي أوائل النهار وأواخر الليل .
"فاصبر" يا محمد "إن وعد الله" بنصر أوليائه "حق" وأنت ومن تبعك منهم "واستغفر لذنبك" ليستن بك "وسبح" صل متلبسا "بحمد ربك بالعشي" وهو من بعد الزوال "والإبكار" الصلوات الخمس
أي فاصبر يا محمد على أذى المشركين , كما صبر من قبلك

«فَاصْبِرْ» الفاء حرف استئناف وأمر فاعله مستتر والجملة مستأنفة «إِنَّ وَعْدَ» إن واسمها «اللَّهِ» لفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه «حَقٌّ» خبرها والجملة الاسمية تعليل لا محل لها «وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ وَسَبِّحْ» عطف على ما قبله «بِحَمْدِ» متعلقان بحال محذوفة «رَبِّكَ» مضاف إليه «بِالْعَشِيِّ» متعلقان بسبح «وَالْإِبْكارِ» عطف.
