وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ
السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ إِنَّ
فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّلْعَالِمِينَ

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَهُوَ عَلَى جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ
Wamin ayatihi khalqu alssamawati waalardi wama baththa feehima min dabbatin wahuwa AAala jamAAihim itha yashao qadeerun

Kuma akwai daga ãyõyinSa, halittar sammai da ƙasa da abin da Ya wãtsa a cikinsu na dabba alhãli kuwa Shĩ Mai ĩko ne ga tãra su, a lõkacin da Yake so.
And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the living creatures that He has scattered through them: and He has power to gather them together when He wills.
And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and what He has spread forth in both of them of living beings; and when He pleases He is all-powerful to gather them together.
And of His portents is the creation of the heaven and the earth, and of whatever beasts He hath dispersed therein. And He is Able to gather them when He will.

Among the Signs of Allah is the Creation of the Heavens and the Earth
Allah says,
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ ...
And among His Ayat,
means, the signs which point to His great might and power,
... خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا ...
is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and whatever moving creatures He has dispersed in them both.
means, whatever He has created in them, i.e., in the heavens and the earth.
... مِن دَابَّةٍ ...
and whatever moving creatures,
this includes the angels, men, Jinn and all the animals with their different shapes, colors, languages, natures, kinds and types. He has distributed them throughout the various regions of the heavens and earth.
... وَهُوَ ...
And He,
means, yet despite all that,
... عَلَى جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاء قَدِيرٌ ﴿٢٩﴾
is Able to assemble them whenever He wills.
means, on the Day of Resurrection, He will gather the first and the last of them, and bring all His creatures together in one place where they will all hear the voice of the caller and all of them will be seen clearly; then He will judge between them with justice and truth.
يقول تعالى" ومن آياته " الدالة على عظمته وقدرته العظيمة وسلطانه القاهر " خلق السماوات والأرض وما بث فيهما " أي ذرأ فيهما أي في السماوات والأرض " من دابة " وهذا يشمل الملائكة والإنس والجن وسائر الحيوانات على اختلاف أشكالهم وألوانهم ولغاتهم وطباعهم وأجناسهم وأنواعهم وقد فرقهم في أرجاء أقطار السماوات والأرض " وهو " مع هذا كله " على جمعهم إذا يشاء قدير " أي يوم القيامة يجمع الأولين والآخرين وسائر الخلائق في صعيد واحد يسمعهم الداعي وينفذهم البصر فيحكم فيهم بحكمه العدل الحق .
"ومن آياته خلق السماوات والأرض" خلق "وما بث" فرق ونشر "فيهما من دابة" هي ما يدب على الأرض من الناس وغيرهم "وهو على جمعهم" للحشر "إذا يشاء قدير" في الضمير تغليب العاقل على غيره"
أي علاماته الدالة على قدرته .
