وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ
أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ قَالُوا بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا
كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ
Wayawma yuAAradu allatheena kafaroo AAala alnnari athhabtum tayyibatikum fee hayatikumu alddunya waistamtaAAtum biha faalyawma tujzawna AAathaba alhooni bima kuntum tastakbiroona fee alardi bighayri alhaqqi wabima kuntum tafsuqoona

Kuma rãnar da ake gitta waɗanda suka kãflrta a kan wutã ( a ce musu): "Kun tafiyar da abũbuwanku na jin dãɗi a cikin rayuwarku ta dũniya, kuma kun nħmi jin dãdi da su, to, ayau anã sãka muka da azãbar wulãkanci, dõmin abin da kuka kasance kanã yi na gmian kai a cikin ƙasa, bã da wani hakki ba, kuma dõmin abin da kuka kasance kuna yi na fãsiƙansi."
And on the Day that the Unbelievers will be placed before the Fire, (It will be said to them): "Ye received your good things in the life of the world, and ye took your pleasure out of them: but today shall ye be recompensed with a Penalty of humiliation: for that ye were arrogant on earth without just cause, and that ye (ever) transgressed."
And on the day when those who disbelieve shall be brought before the fire: You did away with your good things in your life of the world and you enjoyed them for a while, so today you shall be rewarded with the punishment of abasement because you were unjustly proud in the land and because you transgressed.
And on the day when those who disbelieve are exposed to the Fire (it will be said): Ye squandered your good things in the life of the world and sought comfort therein. Now this day ye are rewarded with the doom of ignominy because ye were disdainful in the land without a right, and because ye used to transgress.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah then says,
وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا ...
On the Day when those who disbelieve will be exposed to the Fire (it will be said):
"You received your good things in the life of the world, and you took your pleasure therein...''
which means that this will be said to them by way of blame and reprimand.
The Commander of the faithful, Umar bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, gave up many of the joys of food and drink and refrained from them while saying,
"I am afraid of being like those whom Allah has reproached and condemned by saying, أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا (You received your good things in the life of the world, and you took your pleasure therein).''
Abu Mijlaz said:
"Some people will lose good deeds that they had in the worldly life, and they will be told, أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا (You received your good things in the life of the world).''
Then Allah says,
... فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ ﴿٢٠﴾
Today, you will be recompensed with the torment of extreme humiliation, because you were arrogant upon the earth without a right, and because you used to rebel against Allah's command.
which indicates that their punishment will be of a type comparable to their deeds.
They enjoyed themselves, were arrogant in their denial of the truth, and were involved in sinning and disobedience. Thus, Allah punishes them with extreme humiliation, disgrace, severe pains, continued sorrow, and positions in the terrible depths of Hell -- may Allah protect us from all of that.
وقوله عز وجل " ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم بها أي يقال لهم ذلك تقريعا وتوبيخا وقد تورع أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه عن كثير من طيبات المآكل والمشارب وتنزه عنها ويقول إني أخاف أن أكون كالذين قال الله لهم ووبخهم وقرعهم" أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم بها " وقال أبو مجلز ليفقدن أقوام حسنات كانت لهم في الدنيا فيقال لهم " أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا " وقوله عز وجل " فاليوم تجزون عذاب الهون بما كنتم تستكبرون في الأرض بغير الحق وبما كنتم تفسقون " فجوزوا من جنس عملهم فكما متعوا أنفسهم واستكبروا عن اتباع الحق وتعاطوا الفسق والمعاصي جازاهم الله تبارك وتعالى بعذاب الهون وهو الإهانة والخزي والآلام الموجعة والحسرات المتتابعة والمنازل في الدركات المفظعة أجارنا الله - سبحانه وتعالى - من ذلك كله .
"ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار" بأن تكشف لهم يقال لهم "أذهبتم" بهمزة وبهمزتين وبهمزة ومدة وبهما وتسهيل الثانية "طيباتكم" باشتغالكم بلذاتكم "في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم" تمتعتم "بها فاليوم تجزون عذاب الهون" أي الهوان "بم كنتم تستكبرون" تتكبرون "في الأرض بغير الحق وبما كنتم تفسقون" به وتعذبون بها
أي ذكرهم يا محمد يوم يعرض .

«وَ يَوْمَ» الواو حرف استئناف وظرف زمان.
«يُعْرَضُ» مضارع مبني للمجهول.
«الَّذِينَ» نائب فاعل والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة.
«كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله.
«عَلَى النَّارِ» متعلقان بيعرض والجملة صلة.
«أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّباتِكُمْ» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله.
«فِي حَياتِكُمُ» متعلقان بأذهبتم والجملة مقول قول مقدر.
«الدُّنْيا» صفة حياتكم.
«وَ اسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ» حرف عطف وماض وفاعله.
«بِها» متعلقان بالفعل والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
«فَالْيَوْمَ» الفاء حرف استئناف وظرف زمان.
«تُجْزَوْنَ» مضارع مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل.
«عَذابَ» مفعول به ثان.
«الْهُونِ» مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة.
«بِما» متعلقان بتجزون.
«كُنْتُمْ» كان واسمها.
«تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة خبر كنتم وجملة كنتم صلة.
«فِي الْأَرْضِ» متعلقان بالفعل «بِغَيْرِ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال.
«الْحَقِّ» مضاف إليه.
«وَ بِما كُنْتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ» معطوف على بما كنتم.
