يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ
وَآمِنُوا بِرَسُولِهِ يُؤْتِكُمْ كِفْلَيْنِ مِن رَّحْمَتِهِ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ
نُوراً تَمْشُونَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ آمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِيَ أَنزَلَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِاللّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيداً
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo aminoo biAllahi warasoolihi waalkitabi allathee nazzala AAala rasoolihi waalkitabi allathee anzala min qablu waman yakfur biAllahi wamalaikatihi wakutubihi warusulihi waalyawmi alakhiri faqad dalla dalalan baAAeedan

Yã kũ waɗanda suka yi ĩmãni! Ku yi ĩmãni(2) da Allah da Manzonsa, da Littãfin da Ya sassaukar ga ManzonSa da Littãfin nan wanda Ya saukar daga gabãni. To, wanda ya kãfirta da Allah da malã´ikunSa, da LittattafanSa, da ManzanninSa, da Rãnar Lãhira, to, lalle ne yã ɓace, ɓata mai nĩsa.
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far astray.
O you who believe! believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book which He has revealed to His Messenger and the Book which He revealed before; and whoever disbelieves in Allah and His angels and His messengers and the last day, he indeed strays off into a remote error.
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His messenger and the Scripture which He hath revealed unto His messenger, and the Scripture which He revealed aforetime. Whoso disbelieveth in Allah and His angels and His scriptures and His messengers and the Last Day, he verily hath wandered far astray.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
(O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His messengerﾅ) [4:136]. Said al-Kalbi: ﾓThis was revealed about Abd Allah ibn Salam, Asad and Usayd the sons of Kab, Thalabah ibn Qays and a group of believers from the people of the Book. These people said: O Messenger of Allah, we believe in you and in your Scripture,
just as we believe in Moses, the Torah and Ezra, but we disbelieve in other messengers and Scriptures other than theseﾒ. And so Allah, exalted is He, revealed this verseﾔ.
The Order to Have Faith after Believing
Allah says;
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ آمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ...
O you who believe! Believe in Allah, and His Messenger,
Allah commands His faithful servants to adhere to all the elements of faith, its branches, pillars and cornerstones. This is not stated as mere redundancy, but from the view of completing faith and the continual maintenance of it.
For instance, the believer proclaims in every prayer, اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيم (Guide us to the straight way) which means, make us aware of the straight path and increase us in guidance and strengthen us on it.
In this Ayah Allah commands the believers to believe in Him and in His Messenger, just as He said elsewhere,
يأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ اتَّقُواْ اللَّهَ وَءَامِنُواْ بِرَسُولِهِ
O you who believe! Have Taqwa of Allah, and believe in His Messenger. (57:28)
Allah's statement,
... وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ ...
and the Book which He has sent down to His Messenger,
refers to the Qur'an,
while,
... وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِيَ أَنزَلَ مِن قَبْلُ ...
and the Scripture which He sent down to those before (him);
refers to the previously revealed divine Books.
Allah then said,
... وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِاللّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا ﴿١٣٦﴾
and whosoever disbelieves in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Last Day, then indeed he has strayed far away.
meaning, he will have deviated from the correct guidance and strayed far away from its path.
يأمر تعالى عباده المؤمنين بالدخول في جميع شرائع الإيمان وشعبه وأركانه ودعائمه وليس هذا من باب تحصيل الحاصل بل من باب تكميل الكامل وتقريره وتثبيته والاستمرار عليه كما يقول المؤمن في كل صلاة اهدنا الصراط المستقيم أي بصرنا فيه وزدنا هدى وثبتنا عليه فأمرهم بالإيمان به وبرسوله كما قال تعالى " يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وآمنوا برسوله " وقوله " والكتاب الذي نزل على رسوله " يعني القرآن والكتاب الذي أنزل من قبل وهذا جنس يشمل جميع الكتب المتقدمة وقال في القرآن نزل لأنه" نزل " متفرقا منجما على الوقائع بحسب ما يحتاج إليه العباد في معاشهم ومعادهم وأما الكتب المتقدمة فكانت تنزل جملة واحدة لهذا قال تعالى " والكتاب الذي أنزل من قبل " ثم قال تعالى " ومن يكفر بالله وملائكته وكتبه ورسله واليوم الآخر فقد ضل ضلالا بعيدا " أي فقد خرج عن طريق الهدى وبعد عن القصد كل البعد .
"يا أيها الذين آمنوا آمنوا" داوموا على الإيمان "بالله ورسوله والكتاب الذي نزل على رسوله" محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو القرآن "والكتاب الذي أنزل من قبل" على الرسل بمعنى الكتب وفي قراءة بالبناء للفاعل في الفعلين "ومن يكفر بالله وملائكته وكتبه ورسله واليوم الآخر فقد ضل ضلالا بعيدا" عن الحق
الآية نزلت في جميع المؤمنين ; والمعنى : يا أيها الذين صدقوا أقيموا على تصديقكم واثبتوا عليه .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ» يا أداة نداء وأي منادى نكرة مقصودة في محل نصب على النداء واسم الموصول بدل وجملة «آمَنُوا» صلة.
«آمَنُوا» فعل أمر تعلق به الجار والمجرور بعده.
«بِاللَّهِ» والواو فاعله.
«وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتابِ» عطف.
«الَّذِي» اسم موصول في محل جر صفة.
«نَزَّلَ عَلى رَسُولِهِ» الجملة صلة الموصول.
«وَالْكِتابِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ» قبل مفعول فيه ظرف زمان مبني على الضم في محل جر بحرف الجر والجار والمجرور متعلقان بأنزل.
«وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِاللَّهِ» اسم الشرط مبتدأ ولفظ الجلالة مجرور بالباء متعلقان بفعل الشرط يكفر.
«وَمَلائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ» عطف على اللّه تعالى.
«وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ» عطف أيضا والآخر صفة.
«فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالًا بَعِيداً» فعل ماض ومفعول مطلق وصفته والفاعل مستتر والجملة في محل جزم جواب الشرط وفعل الشرط وجوابه خبر من.
