أَفَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ
وَمَا خَلْفَهُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِن نَّشَأْ نَخْسِفْ بِهِمُ
الْأَرْضَ أَوْ نُسْقِطْ عَلَيْهِمْ كِسَفاً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ
لَآيَةً لِّكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِيبٍ

تَبْصِرَةً وَذِكْرَى لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُّنِيبٍ ﴿٨﴾
An insight and a Reminder for every servant who turns to Allah in repentance.
Allah says that observing the creation of the heavens and earth and all the great things that He has placed in them provides insight, proof and a lesson for every penitent servant who submits in humbleness and repentance to Allah feeling fear, in awe of Him.
أي ومشاهدة خلق السماوات والأرض وما جعل فيهما من الآيات العظيمة تبصرة ودلالة وذكرى لكل عبد منيب أي خاضع خائف وجل رجاع إلى الله عز وجل .
"تبصرة" مفعول له أي فعلنا ذلك تبصيرا منا "وذكرى" تذكيرا "لكل عبد منيب" رجاع إلى طاعتنا
أي جعلنا ذلك تبصرة لندل به على كمال قدرتنا . وقال أبو حاتم : نصب على المصدر ; يعني جعلنا ذلك تبصيرا وتنبيها على قدرتنا " وذكرى " معطوف عليه .
