وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ
لَوَاقِحَ فَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ وَمَا أَنتُمْ لَهُ
بِخَازِنِينَ

Hausa Translation
Kuma Mun sassakar, daga samã ruwa mai albarka sa´an nan Muka tsirar game da shi (itãcen) lambuna da ƙwãya abin girbħwa.
And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests;
And We send down from the cloud water abounding in good, then We cause to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is reaped,
And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops,
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah the Exalted said,
وَنَزَّلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء مُّبَارَكًا ...
And We send down blessed water from the sky, (meaning beneficial),
... فَأَنبَتْنَا بِهِ جَنَّاتٍ ...
then We produce therewith Jannat,
means special and public parks, gardens, etc.
... وَحَبَّ الْحَصِيدِ ﴿٩﴾
and grain that are reaped,
(grains that are harvested for food and for storage for later use),
" أي نافعا " فأنبتنا به جنات " أي حدائق من بساتين ونحوها " وحب الحصيد" وهو الزرع الذي يراد لحبه وادخاره .
"ونزلنا من السماء ماء مباركا" كثير البركة "فأنبتنا به جنات" بساتين "وحب" الزرع "الحصيد" المحصود
أي من السحاب

«وَنَزَّلْنا» الواو حرف عطف وماض وفاعله.
«مِنَ السَّماءِ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«ماءً» مفعول به.
«مُبارَكاً» صفة والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
«فَأَنْبَتْنا» ماض وفاعله.
«بِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«جَنَّاتٍ» مفعول به والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
«وَحَبَّ» معطوف على جنات.
«الْحَصِيدِ» مضاف إليه.
