اللّهُ وَلِيُّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ يُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّوُرِ
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُمُ الطَّاغُوتُ يُخْرِجُونَهُم مِّنَ
النُّورِ إِلَى الظُّلُمَاتِ أُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا

يَهْدِي بِهِ اللّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلاَمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنِ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
Yahdee bihi Allahu mani ittabaAAa ridwanahu subula alssalami wayukhrijuhum mina alththulumati ila alnnoori biithnihi wayahdeehim ila siratin mustaqeemin

Dashĩ, Allah Yanã shiryar da wanda ya bi yardarsa zuwa ga hanyõyin aminci, kuma Yanã fitar da su daga duffai zuwa ga haske da izninsa, kuma Yanã shiryar da su zuwa ga hanya madaidaiciya.
Wherewith Allah guideth all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leadeth them out of darkness, by His will, unto the light,- guideth them to a path that is straight.
With it Allah guides him who will follow His pleasure into the ways of safety and brings them out of utter darkness into light by His will and guides them to the right path.
Whereby Allah guideth him who seeketh His good pleasure unto paths of peace. He bringeth them out of darkness unto light by His decree, and guideth them unto a straight path.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
يَهْدِي بِهِ اللّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلاَمِ ...
Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light and a plain Book. Wherewith Allah guides all those who seek His pleasure to ways of peace.
meaning, ways of safety and righteousness,
... وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنِ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿١٦﴾
and He brings them out of darkness by His permission unto light and guides them to a straight path.
He thus saves them from destruction and explains to them the best, most clear path. Therefore, He protects them from what they fear, and brings about the best of what they long for, all the while ridding them of misguidance and directing them to the best, most righteous state of being.
فقال " يهدي به الله من اتبع رضوانه سبل السلام " أي طرق النجاة والسلامة ومناهج الاستقامة" ويخرجهم من الظلمات إلى النور بإذنه ويهديهم إلى صراط مستقيم " أي ينجيهم من المهالك ويوضح لهم أبين المسالك فيصرف عنهم المحذور ويحصل لهم أحب الأمور وينفي عنهم الضلالة ويرشدهم إلى أقوم حالة .
"يهدي به" أي بالكتاب "الله من اتبع رضوانه" بأن آمن "سبل السلام" طرق السلامة "ويخرجهم من الظلمات" الكفر "إلى النور" الإيمان "بإذنه" بإرادته "ويهديهم إلى صراط مستقيم" دين الإسلام
أي ما رضيه الله .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«يَهْدِي بِهِ اللَّهُ» فعل مضارع ولفظ الجلالة فاعل و«بِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوانَهُ» اسم الموصول في محل نصب مفعول به ورضوانه مفعول به أول والجملة بعده صلة الموصول.
«سُبُلَ» مفعول به ثان.
«السَّلامِ» مضاف إليه وجملة «يَهْدِي» صفة كتاب.
«وَيُخْرِجُهُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُماتِ إِلَى النُّورِ» الجار والمجرور كلاهما متعلقان بيخرجهم.
«بِإِذْنِهِ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال.
«وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلى صِراطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ» الجملة معطوفة.
