إِن تُخْفُواْ مَا فِي صُدُورِكُمْ أَوْ تُبْدُوهُ يَعْلَمْهُ اللّهُ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي
السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأرْضِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
YaAAlamu ma fee alssamawati waalardi wayaAAlamu ma tusirroona wama tuAAlinoona waAllahu AAaleemun bithati alssudoori

Yanã sanin abin da ke a cikin sammai da ƙasã. Kuma Yanã sanin abin da kuke bõyħwa da abin da kuke bayyanãwa. Kuma Allah Masani ne ga abin da ke cikin ƙirãza.
He knows what is in the heavens and on earth; and He knows what ye conceal and what ye reveal: yea, Allah knows well the (secrets) of (all) hearts.
He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows what you hide and what you manifest;and Allah is Cognizant of what is in the hearts.
He knoweth all that is in the heavens and the earth, and He knoweth what ye conceal and what ye publish. And Allah is Aware of what is in the breasts (of men).
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah then informs of His knowledge of all that there is in the heavens, in the earth and in the souls, He said:
يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ ﴿٤﴾
He knows what is in the heavens and on earth, and He knows what you conceal and what you reveal.
And Allah is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts.
ثم أخبر تعالى عن علمه بجميع الكائنات السمائية والأرضية والنفسية فقال تعالى " يعلم ما في السماوات والأرض ويعلم ما تسرون وما تعلنون والله عليم بذات الصدور " .
"يعلم ما في السموات والأرض ويعلم ما تسرون وما تعلنون والله عليم بذات الصدور" بما فيها من الأسرار والمعتقدات
تقدم في غير موضع فهو عالم الغيب والشهادة , لا يخفى عليه شيء مما في صدوركم .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«يَعْلَمُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها «ما» مفعول به «فِي السَّماواتِ» متعلقان بمحذوف صلة الموصول «وَالْأَرْضِ» معطوف على السموات. «وَيَعْلَمُ ما تُسِرُّونَ وَما تُعْلِنُونَ» معطوف على ما قبله.
«وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ» مبتدأ وخبره والجملة استئنافية لا محل لها «بِذاتِ» متعلقان بعليم «الصُّدُورِ» مضاف إليه.
