"Ba haka ba, mũ dai, an hana mu ne."
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Then they said,
بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾
Nay! Indeed we are deprived (of the fruits)!
meaning, `nay, this is it, but we have no portion and no share (of harvest).'
أي بل هي هذه ولكن نحن لا حظ لنا ولا نصيب .
"بل نحن محرومون" ثمرتها بمنعنا الفقراء منها
أي حرمنا جنتنا بما صنعنا . روى أسباط عن ابن مسعود قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( إياكم والمعاصي إن العبد ليذنب الذنب فيحرم به رزقا كان هيئ له - ثم تلا - " فطاف عليها طائف من ربك " [ القلم : 19 ] ) الآيتين .
