Sai aka katse ƙarshen mutãnen, waɗanda suka yi zãlunci. Kuma gõdiya tã tabbata ga Allah Ubangijin tãlikai.
Of the wrong-doers the last remnant was cut off. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher of the worlds.
So the roots of the people who were unjust were cut off; and all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
So of the people who did wrong the last remnant was cut off. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds!
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah's statement,
فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٤٥﴾
So the roots of the people who did wrong were cut off. And all the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the all that exists.
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«فَقُطِعَ دابِرُ» الفاء عاطفة ، قطع فعل ماض مبني للمجهول.
«دابِرُ» نائب فاعل.
«الْقَوْمِ» مضاف إليه.
«الَّذِينَ» اسم موصول في محل جر صفة وجملة «ظَلَمُوا» صلة الموصول لا محل لها وجملة قطع معطوفة.
«وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ» الحمد مبتدأ ولفظ الجلالة وحرف الجر متعلقان بمحذوف خبره.
«رَبِّ» بدل من اللّه مجرور مثله بالكسرة.
«الْعالَمِينَ» مضاف إليه مجرور بالياء لأنه ملحق بجمع المذكر السالم ، وجملة «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ...» مستأنفة لا محل لها.
