Lalle ne Shĩ, Shi ne Mai ƙãga halitta, kuma Ya mayar da ita (bãyan mutuwa).

Thus, Allah says,
إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ﴿١٣﴾
Verily, He it is Who begins and repeats.
meaning, from His perfect strength and power is that He begins the creation, and He repeats it just as He began it, without opposition or resistance.
أي من قوته وقدرته التامة يبدئ الخلق ويعيده كما بدأه بلا ممانع ولا مدافع.
" إنه هو يبدئ " الخلق " ويعيد " فلا يعجزه ما يريد
يعني الخلق - عن أكثر العلماء - يخلقهم ابتداء , ثم يعيدهم عند البعث , وروى عكرمة قال : عجب الكفار من إحياء الله جل ثناؤه الأموات , وقال ابن عباس : يبدئ لهم عذاب الحريق في الدنيا , ثم يعيده عليهم في الآخرة . وهذا اختيار الطبري .

«إِنَّهُ» إن واسمها «هُوَ» ضمير فصل «يُبْدِئُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة خبر إن وجملة إنه تعليل «وَيُعِيدُ» معطوف على يبدئ.
