Alhãli, Allah daga bãyansu, Mai kħwaye su ne (da saninSa).
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
وَاللَّهُ مِن وَرَائِهِم مُّحِيطٌ ﴿٢٠﴾
And Allah encompasses them from behind!
meaning, He has power over them, and is able to compel them. They cannot escape Him or evade Him.
أي هو قادر عليهم قاهر لا يفوتونه ولا يعجزونه .
" والله من ورائهم محيط " لا عاصم لهم منه
أي يقدر على أن ينزل بهم ما أنزل بفرعون . والمحاط به كالمحصور . وقيل : أي والله عالم بهم فهو يجازيهم .
