فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ ﴿١٣﴾
So, your Lord poured on them different kinds of severe torment.
meaning, He sent down a torment upon them from the sky and caused them to be overcome by a punishment that could not be repelled from the people who were criminals.
أي أنزل عليهم رجزا من السماء وأحل بهم عقوبة لا يردها عن القوم المجرمين .
" فصب عليهم ربك سوط " نوع " عذاب "
أي أفرغ عليهم وألقى يقال : صب على فلان خلعة , أي ألقاها عليه . وقال النابغة : فصب عليه الله أحسن صنعه وكان له بين البرية ناصرا

«فَصَبَّ» ماض مبني على الفتح «عَلَيْهِمْ» متعلقان بالفعل «رَبُّكَ» لفظ الجلالة فاعل «سَوْطَ عَذابٍ» مفعول به مضاف إلى عذاب والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها.
