ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَوَاصَوْا
بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ

إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ
Illa allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati watawasaw bialhaqqi watawasaw bialssabri

Fãce waɗanda suka yi ĩmani, kuma suka aikata ayyukan ƙwarai, kuma suka yi wa juna wasiyya da bin gaskiya, kuma suka yi wa juna wasiyya da yin haƙuri (su kam, basu cikin hasara).
Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.
Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience.
Save those who believe and do good works, and exhort one another to truth and exhort one another to endurance.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّـلِحَـتِ ...
Except those who believe and do righteous good deeds.
So Allah makes an exception, among the species of man being in loss, for those who believe in their hearts and work righteous deeds with their limbs.
... وَتَوَاصَوْاْ بِالْحَقِّ ...
And recommend one another to the truth,
This is to perform acts of obedience and avoid the forbidden things.
... وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ﴿٣﴾
And recommend one another to patience.
meaning, with the plots, the evils, and the harms of those who harm people due to their commanding them to do good and forbidding them from evil.
This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Al-`Asr, and all praise and thanks are due to Allah.
فاستثنى من جنس الإنسان عن الخسران الذين آمنوا بقلوبهم وعملوا الصالحات بجوارحهم " وتواصوا بالحق " وهو أداء الطاعات وترك المحرمات . آخر تفسير سورة العصر ولله الحمد والمنة .
" إلا الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات " فليسوا في خسران " وتواصوا " أوصى بعضهم بعضا " بالحق " الإيمان " وتواصوا بالصبر " على الطاعة وعن المعصية
استئناء من الإنسان ; إذ هو بمعنى الناس على الصحيح . قوله تعالى

«إِلَّا» حرف استثناء «الَّذِينَ» في محل نصب على الاستثناء من الإنسان «آمَنُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «وَعَمِلُوا» معطوف على آمنوا «الصَّالِحاتِ» مفعول به «وَتَواصَوْا» معطوف على آمنوا «بِالْحَقِّ» متعلقان بالفعل «وَتَواصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ» معطوفة على ما قبلها.
