وَإِنَّهُ لَذِكْرٌ لَّكَ وَلِقَوْمِكَ
وَسَوْفَ تُسْأَلُونَ

لَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتَاباً فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

Lalle haƙĩƙa Mun saukar da wani littãfi zuwa gare ku,(3) a cikinsa akwai ambatonku. Shin, to, bã ku hankalta?
We have revealed for you (O men!) a book in which is a Message for you: will ye not then understand?
Certainly We have revealed to you a Book in which is your good remembrance; what! do you not then understand?
Now We have revealed unto you a Scripture wherein is your Reminder. Have ye then no sense?

The Virtue of the Qur'an Here
Allah points out the noble status of the Qur'an and urges them to recognize its worth:
لَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتَابًا فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ ...
Indeed, We have sent down for you a Book in which there is Dhikrukum.
Ibn Abbas said:
"Honor for you.''
... أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿١٠﴾
Will you not then understand!
means, will you not understand this blessing, and accept it!
This is like the Ayah:
وَإِنَّهُ لَذِكْرٌ لَّكَ وَلِقَوْمِكَ وَسَوْفَ تُسْـَلُونَ
And verily, this is indeed a Reminder for you and your people, and you will be questioned. (43:44)
يقول تعالى منبها على شرف القرآن ومحرضا لهم على معرفة قدره " لقد أنزلنا إليكم كتابا فيه ذكركم " قال ابن عباس شرفكم وقال مجاهد حديثكم وقال الحسن دينكم " أفلا تعقلون " أي هذه النعمة وتتلقونها بالقبول كما قال تعالى " وإنه لذكر لك ولقومك وسوف تسألون " .
"لقد أنزلنا إليكم" يا معشر قريش "كتابا فيه ذكركم" لأنه بلغتكم "أفلا تعقلون" فتؤمنون به
يعني القرآن .

«لَقَدْ» اللام جواب لقسم محذوف «قد» حرف تحقيق «أَنْزَلْنا» ماض وفاعله «إِلَيْكُمْ» متعلقان بأنزلنا «كِتاباً» مفعول به «فِيهِ» متعلقان بخبر مقدم «ذِكْرُكُمْ» مبتدأ مؤخر والجملة صفة لكتابا «أَفَلا» الهمزة للاستفهام الإنكاري والفاء عاطفة ولا نافية «تَعْقِلُونَ» مضارع والواو فاعله والجملة معطوفة
