وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْماً لاَّ تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَن نَّفْسٍ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلاَ تَنفَعُهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ
Waittaqoo yawman la tajzee nafsun AAan nafsin shayan wala yuqbalu minha AAadlun wala tanfaAAuha shafaAAatun wala hum yunsaroona

Ku ji tsõron wani yini, (a cikinsa) wani rai bã ya tunkuɗe wa wani rai kõme kuma bã a karɓar fansa daga gare shi, kuma wani cħto bã ya amfanin sa, kuma ba su zama ana taimakon su ba.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
.وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْماً لاَّ تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَن نَّفْسٍ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلاَ تَنفَعُهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿١٢٣﴾
And fear the Day (of Judgment) when no person shall avail another, nor shall compensation be accepted from him, nor shall intercession be of use to him, nor shall they be helped.
We mentioned a similar Ayah at the beginning of this Surah, and it is mentioned here to emphasize the importance of following the Ummi Prophet and Messenger, who is described for the People of the Scriptures in their Books by his characteristics, name, the good news about him and the description of his Ummah.
Allah warned them against concealing this information, which is among the favors that Allah granted them.
Allah also commanded them to remember their daily life and their religious affairs and how He blessed them. They should not envy their cousins, the Arabs, for what Allah has given them, the Final Messenger of Allah being an Arab. Envy should not incite them to oppose or deny the Prophet or refrain from following him, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him until the Day of Judgment.
وقد تقدم نظير هذه الآية في صدر السورة وكررت هاهنا للتأكيد والحث على اتباع الرسول النبي الأمي الذي يجدون صفته في كتبهم ونعته واسمه وأمره وأمته فحذرهم من كتمان هذا وكتمان ما أنعم به عليهم وأمرهم أن يذكروا نعمة الله عليهم من النعم الدنيوية والدينية ولا يحسدوا بني عمهم من العرب على ما رزقهم الله من إرسال الرسول الخاتم منهم ولا يحملهم ذلك الحسد على مخالفته وتكذيبه والحيد عن موافقته صلوات الله وسلامه عليه دائما إلى يوم الدين .
"واتقوا" خافوا "يوما لا تجزي" لا تغني "نفس عن نفس" فيه "شيئا ولا يقبل منها عدل" فداء "ولا تنفعها شفاعة ولا هم ينصرون" يمنعون من عذاب الله

«وَاتَّقُوا» الواو عاطفة ، وجملة اتقوا معطوفة على اذكروا.
«يَوْماً» مفعول به.
«لا تَجْزِي» لا نافية ، تجزي فعل مضارع مرفوع بالضمة المقدرة على الياء للثقل.
«نَفْسٌ» فاعل والجملة في محل نصب صفة.
«عَنْ نَفْسٍ» متعلقان بتجزي.
«شَيْئاً» مفعول به.
«وَلا» الواو عاطفة لا نافية.
«يُقْبَلُ» فعل مضارع مبني للمجهول.
«مِنْها» متعلقان بيقبل.
«عدل» نائب فاعل.
«وَلا» الواو حرف عطف لا نافية.
«تَنفَعُهَا» فعل مضارع مرفوع بضمة ظاهرة على آخره والهاء ضمير متصل مبني على السكون في محل النصب مفعول به. والجملة معطوفة عليها.
«شَفَاعَةٌ» فاعل.
«وَلا» الواو حرف عطف لا نافية.
«هُمْ» ضمير منفصل مبتدأ.
«يُنْصَرُونَ» فعل مضارع مبني للمجهول ، والواو نائب فاعل. والجملة في محل رفع خبر الضمير هم والجملة الاسمية ولا هم ينصرون معطوفة.
