فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّكَ بِسِحْرٍ مِّثْلِهِ فَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ مَوْعِداً لَّا نُخْلِفُهُ نَحْنُ وَلَا أَنتَ مَكَاناً سُوًى
Falanatiyannaka bisihrin mithlihi faijAAal baynana wabaynaka mawAAidan la nukhlifuhu nahnu wala anta makanan suwan

"To, lalle ne munã zo maka da wani sihiri irinsa. Sai ka sanya wani wa´adi a tsakãninmu da tsakãninka bã mu sãɓa masa mũ kai kuma, bã ka sãɓãwa, a wani wuri mai dãcħwa."
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّكَ بِسِحْرٍ مِّثْلِهِ فَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ مَوْعِدًا لَّا نُخْلِفُهُ نَحْنُ وَلَا أَنتَ مَكَانًا سُوًى ﴿٥٨﴾
He (Fir`awn) said: "Have you come to drive us out of our land with your magic, O Musa! Then verily, we can produce magic the like thereof; so appoint a meeting between us and you, which neither we nor you shall fail to keep, in an open place where both shall have a just and equal chance.''
Allah, the Exalted, informs of what Fir`awn said to Musa when he showed him the great proof. This great sign to Fir`awn was Musa casting down his stick which became a huge snake, and his pulling his hand out from under his arm while it was glowing white without any illness.
At this, Fir`awn said, "This is magic that you have brought to us to bewitch us and conquer the people, so that they will follow you. Then you will outnumber us.''
Fir`awn then said, "Your plan will not work. We have magic just like yours, so do not let yourself be deceived by that what you are doing.''
... فَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ مَوْعِدًا ...
so appoint a meeting between us and you,
Meaning, `a day that we can come together to present some of our magic to confront yours. It will be at a specified place and time.'
With this, Musa said to them,
فإن عندنا سحرا مثل سحرك فلا يغرنك ما أنت فيه " فاجعل بيننا وبينك موعدا " أي يوما نجتمع نحن وأنت فيه فنعارض ما جئت به بما عندك من السحر في مكان معين ووقت معين .
"فلنأتينك بسحر مثله" يعارضه "فاجعل بيننا وبينك موعدا" لذلك "لا نخلفه نحن ولا أنت مكانا" منصوب بنزع الخافض في "سوى" بكسر أوله وضمه أي وسطا تستوي إليه مسافة الجائي من الطرفين
أي لنعارضنك بمثل ما جئت به ليتبين للناس أن ما أتيت به ليس من عند الله .

«فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّكَ» الفاء الفصيحة واللام واقعة في جواب قسم مقدر نأتينك مضارع مبني على الفتح لاتصاله بنون التوكيد الثقيلة والفاعل ضمير مستتر والكاف في محل نصب مفعول به «بِسِحْرٍ» متعلقان بنأتينك «مِثْلِهِ» صفة والهاء مضاف إليه والجملة جواب القسم المحذوف «فَاجْعَلْ» الفاء عاطفة «اجعل» أمر فاعله مستتر «بَيْنَنا» ظرف زمان ونا مضاف إليه «وَبَيْنَكَ» معطوف على بيننا «مَوْعِداً» مفعول به أول لاجعل والجملة معطوفة «لا» نافية «نُخْلِفُهُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والهاء مفعول به والجملة صفة لموعدا «نَحْنُ» توكيد للضمير المستتر في نخلفه «وَ» الواو عاطفة «لا» نافية «أَنْتَ» معطوف على الضمير المستتر في نخلفه «مَكاناً» مفعول به ثان «سُوىً» صفة مكانا منصوبة بالفتحة المقدرة أي وسطا
