إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ سَلَاسِلَا وَأَغْلَالاً وَسَعِيراً

وَمَن لَّمْ يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَإِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ سَعِيراً
Waman lam yumin biAllahi warasoolihi fainna aAAtadna lilkafireena saAAeeran

Kuma wanda bai yi ĩmãni da Allah da kuma Manzonsa ba, to, lalle Mũ, Mun yi tattalin wutã mai tsananin ƙũna, dõmin kafirai.
And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!
And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Messenger, then surely We have prepared burning fire for the unbelievers.
And so for him who believeth not in Allah and His messenger - Lo! We have prepared a flame for disbelievers.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah the Exalted then said,
وَمَن لَّمْ يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ...
And whosoever does not believe in Allah and His Messenger,
Allah states here that whoever does not purify his actions outwardly and inwardly for Allah's sake,
... فَإِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ سَعِيرًا ﴿١٣﴾
then verily, We have prepared for the disbelievers a blazing Fire.
then Allah the Exalted will punish him in the Blazing Fire, even if he pretends to show people that he follows the faith, contradicting his true creed.
أي من لم يخلص العمل في الظاهر والباطن لله فإن الله تعالى سيعذبه في السعير وإن أظهر للناس ما يعتقدون خلاف ما هو عليه في نفس الأمر .
"ومن لم يؤمن بالله ورسوله فإنا أعتدنا للكافرين سعيرا" نارا شديدة
وعيد لهم , وبيان أنهم كفروا بالنفاق .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«وَمَنْ» حرف استئناف واسم شرط جازم مبتدأ.
«لَمْ يُؤْمِنْ» مضارع مجزوم بلم والفاعل مستتر.
«بِاللَّهِ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«وَرَسُولِهِ» معطوف على ما قبله.
«فَإِنَّا» الفاء حرف تعليل وإن واسمها.
«أَعْتَدْنا» ماض وفاعله.
«لِلْكافِرِينَ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«سَعِيراً» مفعول به والجملة خبر إن والجملة الاسمية تعليل وجملتا الشرط والجواب خبر من.
