At this point,
قَالَ...
He said,
meaning, Al-Khidr said to Musa,
... إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْرًا ﴿٦٧﴾
Verily, you will not be able to have patience with me!
meaning, `You will not be able to accompany with me when you see me doing things that go against your law, because I have knowledge from Allah that He has not taught you, and you have knowledge from Allah that He has not taught me. Each of us has responsibilities before Allah that the other does not share, and you will not be able to stay with me,'
فعندها " قال " الخضر لموسى " إنك لن تستطيع معي صبرا " أي إنك لا تقدر على مصاحبتي لما ترى مني من الأفعال التي تخالف شريعتك لأني على علم من علم الله ما علمكه الله وأنت على علم من علم الله ما علمنيه الله فكل منا مكلف بأمور من الله دون صاحبه وأنت لا تقدر على صحبتي .

«قالَ» ماض وفاعله مستتر والجملة مستأنفة «إِنَّكَ» إن واسمها والجملة مقول القول «لَنْ» حرف ناصب «تَسْتَطِيعَ» مضارع منصوب والجملة خبر «مَعِيَ» ظرف مكان متعلق بتستطيع والياء مضاف إليه «صَبْراً» مفعول به
