إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ
النَّاسِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَكُن لِّلْخَآئِنِينَ خَصِيماً

وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ فَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمِنْ هَؤُلَاء مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَّا الْكَافِرُونَ

Kuma kamar haka Muka saukar da Littafi a gare ka, to, waɗannan da Muka bai wa Littãfi sanã ĩmãni da shi, daga cikin wãɗannan akwai mai ĩmãni da shi, kuma bãbu mai musun ãyõyinMu, fãce kãfirai.
And thus (it is) that We have sent down the Book to thee. So the People of the Book believe therein, as also do some of these (pagan Arabs): and none but Unbelievers reject our signs.
And thus have We revealed the Book to you. So those whom We have given the Book believe in it, and of these there are those who believe in it, and none deny Our communications except the unbelievers.
In like manner We have revealed unto thee the Scripture, and those unto whom We gave the Scripture aforetime will believe therein; and of these (also) there are some who believe therein. And none deny Our revelations save the disbelievers.

Evidence for the Fact that the Qur'an was revealed from Allah
Allah says:
وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ ...
And thus We have sent down the Book to you,
Ibn Jarir said:
"Allah says, `just as We revealed the Books to the Messengers who came before you, O Muhammad, so We have also revealed this Book to you.'''
What he said is good and fits the context.
Allah's saying:
... فَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ ...
and those whom We gave the Scripture believe therein,
means, those knowledgeable rabbis and scholars among them who learned it and recited it properly, such as Abdullah bin Salam, Salman Al-Farisi and others like them.
... وَمِنْ هَؤُلَاء مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِ ...
as also believe therein some of these,
meaning, the Quraysh Arabs and others.
... وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَّا الْكَافِرُونَ ﴿٤٧﴾
and none but the disbelievers reject Our Ayat.
No one disbelieves and rejects them except those who conceal the truth with falsehood, and those who try to hide the rays and light of the sun by their covering an eye.
قال ابن جرير يقول الله تعالى كما أنزلنا الكتاب على من قبلك يا محمد من الرسل كذلك أنزلنا إليك هذا الكتاب وهذا الذي قاله حسن ومناسبته وارتباطه جيد وقوله تعالى " الذين آتيناهم الكتاب يؤمنون به " أي الذين أخذوه فتلوه حق تلاوته من أحبارهم العلماء الأذكياء كعبد الله بن سلام وسلمان الفارسي وأشباههما وقوله تعالى " ومن هؤلاء من يؤمن به " يعني العرب من قريش وغيرهم " وما يجحد بآياتنا إلا الكافرون" أي ما يكذب بها ويجحد حقها إلا من يستر الحق بالباطل ويغطي ضوء الشمس بالوصائل وهيهات.
"وكذلك أنزلنا إليك الكتاب" القرآن كما أنزلنا إليهم التوراة وغيرها "فالذين آتيناهم الكتاب" التوراة كعبد الله بن سلام وغيره "يؤمنون به" بالقرآن "ومن هؤلاء" أهل مكة "من يؤمن به وما يجحد بآياتنا" بعد ظهورها "إلا الكافرون" أي اليهود وظهر لهم أن القرآن حق والجائي به محق وجحدوا ذلك

«وَ» الواو حرف استئناف «كَذلِكَ» متعلقان بمحذوف صفة لمفعول مطلق محذوف «أَنْزَلْنا» ماض وفاعله «إِلَيْكَ» متعلقان بالفعل «الْكِتابَ» مفعول به والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها «فَالَّذِينَ» الفاء حرف استئناف واسم الموصول مبتدأ «آتَيْناهُمُ» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله الأول «الْكِتابَ» مفعول به ثان والجملة صلة «يُؤْمِنُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة خبر الذين «بِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل ، «وَ» الواو حرف استئناف «مِنْ هؤُلاءِ» خبر مقدم «مِنْ» مبتدأ مؤخر والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها. «يُؤْمِنُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر «بِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل والجملة صلة «وَ» الواو حرف استئناف «ما يَجْحَدُ» نافية ومضارع مرفوع «بِآياتِنا» متعلقان بالفعل «إِلَّا» حرف حصر «الْكافِرُونَ» فاعل والجملة الفعلية مستأنفة لا محل لها
