كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا
أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ

وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Waamma allatheena fasaqoo famawahumu alnnaru kullama aradoo an yakhrujoo minha oAAeedoo feeha waqeela lahum thooqoo AAathaba alnnari allathee kuntum bihi tukaththiboona

Kuma waɗanda suka yi fãsiƙanci to makõmarsu ita ce wuta, kõ da yaushe suka yi nufin su fita daga gare ta, sai a mayar da su a cikinta, kuma a ce musu: "Ku ɗanɗana azãbai wutã, wadda kuka kasance kunã ƙaryatãwa game da ita."
As to those who are rebellious and wicked, their abode will be the Fire: every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be forced thereinto, and it will be said to them: "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire, the which ye were wont to reject as false."
And as for those who transgress, their abode is the fire; whenever they desire to go forth from it they shall be brought back into it, and it will be said to them: Taste the chastisement of the fire which you called a lie.
And as for those who do evil, their retreat is the Fire. Whenever they desire to issue forth from thence, they are brought back thither. Unto them it is said: Taste the torment of the Fire which ye used to deny.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا ...
And as for those who rebel, their abode will be the Fire,every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be put back thereto,
means, those who disobeyed Allah, their dwelling place will be the Fire, and every time they want to escape from it, they will be thrown back in, as Allah says:
كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُواْ أَن يَخْرُجُواْ مِنْهَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُواْ فِيهَا
Every time they seek to get away therefrom, from anguish, they will be driven back therein. (22:22)
Al-Fudayl bin Iyad said:
"By Allah, their hands will be tied, their feet will be chained, the flames will lift them up and the angels will strike them.
... وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴿٢٠﴾
and it will be said to them: "Taste you the torment of the Fire which you used to deny.''''
means, this will be said to them by way of rebuke and chastisement.
" وأما الذين فسقوا " أي خرجوا عن الطاعة فمأواهم النار كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها أعيدوا فيها كقوله " كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها من غم أعيدوا فيها " الآية قال الفضيل بن عياض : والله إن الأيدي لموثقة وإن الأرجل لمقيدة وإن اللهب ليرفعهم والملائكة تقمعهم " وقيل لهم ذوقوا عذاب النار الذي كنتم به تكذبون " أي يقال لهم ذلك تقريعا وتوبيخا.
"وأما الذين فسقوا" بالكفر والتكذيب
أي خرجوا عن الإيمان إلى الكفر
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«وَأَمَّا» الواو حرف عطف «أَمَّا» حرف شرط وتفصيل «الَّذِينَ» مبتدأ «فَسَقُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة الذين «فَمَأْواهُمُ» الفاء رابطة. «مأواهم النَّارُ» مبتدأ وخبره والجملة الاسمية خبر الذين وجملة أما الذين معطوفة على ما قبلها «كُلَّما» ظرف زمان متضمن معنى الشرط «أَرادُوا» ماض وفاعله «أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا» مضارع منصوب بأن والواو فاعله والمصدر المؤول من أن والفعل في محل نصب مفعول به لأرادوا «مِنْها» متعلقان بالفعل «أُعِيدُوا» ماض مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل والجملة جواب الشرط لا محل لها. «فِيها» متعلقان بالفعل «وَقِيلَ» معطوف على أعيدوا «لَهُمْ» متعلقان بقيل «ذُوقُوا» أمر وفاعله «عَذابَ النَّارِ» مفعول به مضاف إلى النار والجملة نائب فاعل لقيل. «الَّذِي» صفة عذاب «كُنْتُمْ» كان واسمها «بِهِ» متعلقان بما بعدهما «تُكَذِّبُونَ» مضارع مرفوع والواو فاعله والجملة خبر كنتم وجملة كنتم .. صلة الذي لا محل لها
