وَلَوْ تَرَىَ إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى النَّارِ
فَقَالُواْ يَا لَيْتَنَا نُرَدُّ وَلاَ نُكَذِّبَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّنَا وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ الْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لَوْلَا أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ
Waqala allatheena kafaroo lan numina bihatha alqurani wala biallathee bayna yadayhi walaw tara ithi alththalimoona mawqoofoona AAinda rabbihim yarjiAAu baAAduhum ila baAAdin alqawla yaqoolu allatheena istudAAifoo lillatheena istakbaroo lawla antum lakunna mumineena

Kuma waɗanda suka kãfirta suka ce: "Bã zã mu yi ĩmanida wannan Alƙur´ãni ba, kuma bã zã mu yi ĩmani da abin da yakea gabãninsa ba (na waɗansu littattafan sama)." Kuma dã kã gani a lõkacin da azzãlumai suke abin tsayarwa wurin Ubangijinka, sashensu na mayar wa sãshe maganar maraunana (mabiya) suke cħwa makangara (shũgabanni) "Ba dõminku ba, lalle, dã mun kasance mũminai."
The Unbelievers say: "We shall neither believe in this scripture nor in (any) that (came) before it." Couldst thou but see when the wrong-doers will be made to stand before their Lord, throwing back the word (of blame) on one another! Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones: "Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!"
And those who disbelieve say: By no means will we believe in this Quran, nor in that which is before it; and could you see when the unjust shall be made to stand before their Lord, bandying words one with another! Those who were reckoned weak shall say to those who were proud: Had it not been for you we would certainly have been believers.
And those who disbelieve say: We believe not in this Qur'an nor in that which was before it; but oh, if thou couldst see, when the wrong-doers are brought up before their Lord, how they cast the blame one to another; how those who were despised (in the earth) say unto those who were proud: But for you, we should have been believers.

How the Disbelievers have agreed in this World to deny the Truth, and how They will dispute with One Another on the Day of Resurrection
Allah tells us about the excessive wrongdoing and stubbornness of the disbelievers, and their insistence on not believing in the Holy Qur'an and what it tells them about the Resurrection.
Allah says:
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ...
And those who disbelieve say: "We believe not in this Qur'an nor in that which was before it.''
... وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ...
But if you could see when the wrongdoers are made to stand before their Lord,
Allah threatens them and warns them of the humiliating position they will be in before Him, arguing and disputing with one another:
... يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ الْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا ...
how they will cast the (blaming) word one to another! Those who were deemed weak (this refers to the followers) --
... لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا ...
to those who were arrogant -- (this refers to the leaders and masters) --
... لَوْلَا أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٣١﴾
Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!
meaning, `if you had not stopped us, we would have followed the Messengers and believed in what they brought.'
يخبر تعالى عن تمادي الكفار في طغيانهم وعنادهم وإصرارهم على عدم الإيمان بالقرآن وبما أخبر به من أمر المعاد ولهذا قال تعالى " وقال الذين كفروا لن نؤمن بهذا القرآن ولا بالذي بين يديه " قال الله عز وجل متهددا لهم ومتوعدا ومخبرا عن مواقفهم الذليلة بين يديه في حال تخاصمهم وتحاجهم " يرجع بعضهم إلى بعض القول يقول الذين استضعفوا " وهم الأتباع " للذين استكبروا " منهم وهم قادتهم وسادتهم " لولا أنتم لكنا مؤمنين " أي لولا أنتم تصدونا لكنا اتبعنا الرسل وآمنا بما جاءونا به فقال لهم القادة والسادة وهم الذين استكبروا " أنحن صددناكم عن الهدى بعد إذ جاءكم " ؟ أي نحن ما فعلنا بكم أكثر من أنا دعوناكم فاتبعتمونا من غير دليل ولا برهان وخالفتم الأدلة والبراهين والحجج التي جاءت بهم الرسل لشهوتكم واختياركم لذلك ولهذا قالوا .
"وقال الذين كفروا" من أهل مكة "لن نؤمن بهذا القرآن ولا بالذي بين يديه" أي تقدمه كالتوراة والإنجيل الدالين على البعث لإنكارهم له "ولو ترى" يا محمد "إذ الظالمون" الكافرون "موقوفون عند ربهم يرجع بعضهم إلى بعض القول يقول الذين استضعفوا" الأتباع "للذين استكبروا" الرؤساء "لولا أنتم" صددتمونا عن الإيمان "لكنا مؤمنين" بالنبي
يريد كفار قريش .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«وَقالَ الَّذِينَ» ماض واسم الموصول فاعله والجملة معطوفة «كَفَرُوا» الجملة صلة «لَنْ» ناصبة «نُؤْمِنَ» مضارع فاعله مستتر «بِهذَا» اسم الإشارة في محل جر بالباء ومتعلقان بالفعل والجملة مقول القول «الْقُرْآنِ» بدل من هذا «وَلا بِالَّذِي» عطف على ما سبق «بَيْنَ» ظرف متعلق بمحذوف صلة «يَدَيْهِ» مضاف إليه مجرور بالياء لأنه مثنى والهاء مضاف إليه «وَلَوْ» حرف شرط غير جازم «تَرى » مضارع مرفوع بالضمة المقدرة على الألف للتعذر وفاعله مستتر «إِذِ» ظرف زمان «الظَّالِمُونَ» مبتدأ مرفوع بالواو لأنه جمع مذكر سالم «مَوْقُوفُونَ» خبر مرفوع بالواو لأنه جمع
مذكر سالم والجملة مضاف إليه «يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ» مضارع وفاعله والهاء
مضاف إليه «إِلى بَعْضٍ» متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما «الْقَوْلَ» مفعول به والجملة حالية «يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ» مضارع وفاعله والجملة مفسرة «اسْتُضْعِفُوا» ماض مبني للمجهول والواو نائب فاعل والجملة صلة «لِلَّذِينَ» اسم الموصول مجرور باللام ومتعلقان بيقول «اسْتَكْبَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «لَوْ لا» حرف شرط غير جازم «أَنْتُمْ» مبتدأ خبره محذوف وجوبا «لَكُنَّا» اللام رابطة لجواب الشرط وكان واسمها «مُؤْمِنِينَ» خبر كنا والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب شرط غير جازم
