أَمِ
اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ هَذَا ذِكْرُ مَن مَّعِيَ
وَذِكْرُ مَن قَبْلِي بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْحَقَّ فَهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ

أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ وَهُوَ يُحْيِي المَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Ami ittakhathoo min doonihi awliyaa faAllahu huwa alwaliyyu wahuwa yuhyee almawta wahuwa AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

Kõ kuma sun riƙi waninSa majiɓinta? To Allah Shĩ ne Majiɓinci, kuma Shĩ ne ke rãyar da matattu alhãli kuwa Shĩ, Maiĩkon yi ne a kan dukan kõme.
What! Have they taken (for worship) protectors besides Him? But it is Allah,- He is the Protector, and it is He Who gives life to the dead: It is He Who has power over all things,
Or have they taken guardians besides Him? But Allah is the Guardian, and He gives life to the dead, and He has power over all things.
Or have they chosen protecting friends besides Him? But Allah, He (alone) is the Protecting Friend. He quickeneth the dead, and He is Able to do all things.

Allah is the Protector, Ruler and Creator
Allah says,
أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ وَهُوَ يُحْيِي المَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿٩﴾
Or have they taken protecting friends besides Him? But Allah --- He Alone is the protector. And He Who gives life to the dead, and He is Able to do all things.
Here Allah denounces the idolators for taking other gods instead of Allah, and declares that He is the True God, and it is not right to worship anyone except Him Alone. He is the One Who is able to bring the dead back to life and He is Able to do all things.
يقول تعالى منكرا على المشركين في اتخاذهم آلهة من دون الله ومخبرا أنه هو الولي الحق الذي لا تنبغي العبادة إلا له وحده فإنه هو القادر على إحياء الموتى وهو على كل شيء قدير .
"أم اتخذوا من دونه أولياء" أي الأصنام , أم منقطعة بمعنى : بل التي للانتقال والهمزة للإنكار أي ليس المتخذون أولياء "فالله هو الولي" أي الناصر للمؤمنين والفاء لمجرد العطف
" أم اتخذوا " أي بل اتخذوا . " من دونه أولياء " يعني أصناما . " فالله هو الولي " أي وليك يا محمد وولي من اتبعك , لا ولي سواه . " وهو يحيي الموتى " يريد عند البعث . " وهو على كل شيء قدير " وغيره من الأولياء لا يقدر على شيء .

«أَمِ» حرف عطف «اتَّخَذُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة مستأنفة «مِنْ دُونِهِ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال «أَوْلِياءَ» مفعول به «فَاللَّهُ» الفاء حرف عطف ولفظ الجلالة مبتدأ «هُوَ» ضمير فصل «الْوَلِيُّ» خبر والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «وَهُوَ» الواو حرف عطف ومبتدأ «يُحْيِ الْمَوْتى » مضارع ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة خبر المبتدأ «وَهُوَ» الواو حرف عطف ومبتدأ «عَلى كُلِّ» متعلقان بقدير «شَيْ ءٍ» مضاف إليه «قَدِيرٌ» خبر والجملة الاسمية معطوفة على ما قبلها
