Da wani littãfi rubũtacce.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah said,
وَكِتَابٍ مَّسْطُورٍ ﴿٢﴾
And by the Book inscribed,
it is said that it means Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz, (the Preserved Table).
It is also said that is refers to the divinely revealed inscribed Books that people recite, and this is why Allah said,
" وكتاب مسطور " قيل هو اللوح المحفوظ وقيل الكتب المنزلة المكتوبة التي تقرأ على الناس جهارا .
أي مكتوب ; يعني القرآن يقرؤه المؤمنون من المصاحف ويقرؤه الملائكة من اللوح المحفوظ ; كما قال تعالى : " إنه لقرآن كريم في كتاب مكنون " [ الواقعة : 77 - 78 ] . وقيل : يعني سائر الكتب المنزلة على الأنبياء ,
