إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا
الصَّالِحَاتِ إِنَّا لَا نُضِيعُ أَجْرَ مَنْ أَحْسَنَ عَمَلاً

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ
Faman yaAAmal mina alssalihati wahuwa muminun fala kufrana lisaAAyihi wainna lahu katiboona

Dõmin wanda ya aikata daga ayyukan kwarai alhãli kuwa yanã mai ĩmãni, to, bãbu musu ga aikinsa, kuma Mu Mãsu rubũtãwa gare shi ne.
Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour.
Therefore whoever shall do of good deeds and he is a believer, there shall be no denying of his exertion, and surely We will write (It) down for him.
Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah says:
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ...
So whoever does righteous good deeds while he is a believer,
meaning, his heart believes and his deeds are righteous.
... فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ ...
his efforts will not be rejected.
This is like the Ayah:
إِنَّا لاَ نُضِيعُ أَجْرَ مَنْ أَحْسَنَ عَمَلاً
certainly We shall not make the reward of anyone who does his deeds in the most perfect manner to be lost. (18:30)
which means, his efforts will not be wasted; they will be appreciated and not even a speck of dust's weight of injustice will be done.
Allah says:
... وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ ﴿٩٤﴾
Verily, We record it for him.
means, all his deeds are recorded and nothing of them at all is lost.
" فمن يعمل من الصالحات وهو مؤمن فلا كفران لسعيه وإنا له كاتبون " ولهذا قال " فمن يعمل من الصالحات وهو مؤمن " أي قلبه مصدق وعمل عملا صالحا " فلا كفران لسعيه " كقوله : " إنا لا نضيع أجر من أحسن عملا " أي لا يكفر سعيه وهو عمله بل يشكر فلا يظلم مثقال ذرة ولهذا قال " وإنا له كاتبون " أي يكتب جميع عمله فلا يضيع عليه منه شيء .
"فمن يعمل من الصالحات وهو مؤمن فلا كفران" أي لا جحود "لسعيه وإنا له كاتبون" بأن نأمر الحفظة بكتبه فنجازيه عليه
" من " للتبعيض لا للجنس إذ لا قدرة للمكلف أن يأتي بجميع الطاعات فرضها ونفلها ; فالمعنى : من يعمل شيئا من الطاعات فرضا أو نفلا وهو موحد مسلم . وقال ابن عباس : مصدقا بمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم .
