وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ فَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ
مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا فِيهِ وَيَقُولُونَ يَا وَيْلَتَنَا مَالِ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ
لَا يُغَادِرُ صَغِيرَةً وَلَا كَبِيرَةً إِلَّا أَحْصَاهَا وَوَجَدُوا مَا عَمِلُوا
حَاضِراً وَلَا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَداً

"Wannan littãfinMu ne yanã yin magana a kanku da gas, kiya. Lalle Mũ, Mun kasanceMuna sauya rubũtun tamkar abin dakuka kasance kunã aikãtãwa."
"This Our Record speaks about you with truth: For We were wont to put on Record all that ye did."
This is Our book that speaks against you with justice; surely We wrote what you did,
This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah said,
هَذَا كِتَابُنَا يَنطِقُ عَلَيْكُم بِالْحَقِّ ...
This, Our Record speaks about you with truth.
It contains the record of all your actions, without addition or deletion.
Allah also said:
وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَـبُ فَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا فِيهِ وَيَقُولُونَ يوَيْلَتَنَا مَا لِهَـذَا الْكِتَـبِ لاَ يُغَادِرُ صَغِيرَةً وَلاَ كَبِيرَةً إِلاَّ أَحْصَاهَا وَوَجَدُواْ مَا عَمِلُواْ حَاضِرًا وَلاَ يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدًا
And the Book will be presented, and you will see the criminals, fearful of that which is therein. They will say:
"Woe to us! What sort of Book is this that leaves neither a small thing nor a big thing, but has recorded it with numbers!''
And they will find all that they did, placed before them, and your Lord treats no one with injustice. (18:49)
Allah's statement,
... إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسْتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٢٩﴾
Verily, We were recording what you used to do.
means, `We ordered Our scribe angels to record your deeds.'
Ibn Abbas and others commented,
"The angels record the deeds of the servants and then ascend to heaven with them. There, they meet the angels entrusted with the Records of deeds sent down from Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz on each Night of Al-Qadr, containing what Allah has written will occur from the servants, long before He created them. They will compare their records and find out that not a single letter was added or deleted.''
He then recited this Ayah, إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسْتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (Verily, We were recording what you used to do.
ولهذا قال جلت عظمته هذا كتابنا ينطق عليكم بالحق أي يستحضر جميع أعمالكم من غير زيادة ولا نقص كقوله جل جلاله ووضع الكتاب فترى المجرمين مشفقين مما فيه ويقولون يا ويلتنا ما لهذا الكتاب لا يغادر صغيرة ولا كبيرة إلا أحصاها ووجدوا ما عملوا حاضرا ولا يظلم ربك أحدا وقوله عز وجل إنا كنا نستنسخ ما كنتم تعملون أي إنا كنا نأمر الحفظة أن تكتب أعمالكم عليكم قال ابن عباس وغيره تكتب الملائكة أعمال العباد ثم تصعد بها إلى السماء فيقابلون الملائكة الذين في ديوان الأعمال على ما بأيدي الكتبة مما قد أبرز لهم من اللوح المحفوظ في كل ليلة قدر مما كتبه الله في القدم على العباد قبل أن يخلقهم فلا يزيد حرفا ولا ينقص حرفا ثم قرأ إنا كنا نستنسخ ما كنتم تعملون .
"هذا كتابنا" ديوان الحفظة "ينطق عليكم بالحق إنا كنا نستنسخ" نثبت ونحفظ
قيل من قول الله لهم . وقيل من قول الملائكة .

«كِتابٌ» خبر لمبتدأ محذوف تقديره هذا «أَنْزَلْناهُ» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله والجملة صفة لكتاب والجملة الاسمية استئنافية لا محل لها «إِلَيْكَ» متعلقان بأنزلناه «مُبارَكٌ» خبر ثان «لِيَدَّبَّرُوا» اللام لام التعليل ومضارع منصوب بأن المضمرة «آياتِهِ» مفعول به «وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ» إعرابه مثل ليدبروا والمصدر المؤول في محل جر باللام وهما متعلقان بأنزلنا «أُولُوا» فاعل مرفوع بالواو «الْأَلْبابِ» مضاف إليه والكلام عطف على ما قبله
