Babũ mai ƙaryatãwa gare shi fãce dukan mai ƙħtare haddi mai yawan zunubi.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah then says,
وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴿١٢﴾
And none can deny it except every transgressor, sinner.
meaning, transgress in his actions by doing that which is forbidden and exceeding the limits when acquiring the permissible.
He is a sinner in his statements, because he lies whenever he speaks, he breaks his promises whenever he makes them, and he behaves in an abusive and wicked manner whenever he argues.
أي معتد في أفعاله من تعاطي الحرام والمجاوزة في تناول المباح والأثيم في أقواله إن حدث كذب وإن وعد أخلف وإن خاصم فجر .
" وما يكذب به إلا كل معتد " متجاوز الحد " أثيم " صيغة مبالغة
أي فاجر جائز عن الحق , معتد على الخلق في معاملته إياهم وعلى نفسه , وهو أثيم في ترك أمر الله . وقيل هذا في الوليد بن المغيرة وأبي جهل ونظرائهما

«وَما» الواو حالية و«ما» نافية «يُكَذِّبُ» مضارع مرفوع و«بِهِ» متعلقان بالفعل و«إِلَّا» حرف حصر و«كُلُّ» فاعل مضاف إلى «مُعْتَدٍ» و«أَثِيمٍ» صفة والجملة حال.
