Waɗanda suka ƙħtare iyãkarsu, a cikin garũruwa?
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah said,
الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلَادِ ﴿١١﴾
فَأَكْثَرُوا فِيهَا الْفَسَادَ ﴿١٢﴾
Who did transgress beyond bounds in the lands. And made therein much mischief.
meaning, they rebelled, were arrogant, and went about making corruption in the land, and harming the people.
أي تمردوا وعتوا .
" الذين طغوا " تجبروا " في البلاد "
يعني عادا وثمود وفرعون " طغوا " أي تمردوا وعتوا وتجاوزوا القدر في الظلم والعدوان .

«الَّذِينَ» بدل من عاد وثمود وفرعون «طَغَوْا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «فِي الْبِلادِ» متعلقان بالفعل.
