YaAAlamu ma yaliju fee alardi wama yakhruju minha wama yanzilu mina alssamai wama yaAAruju feeha wahuwa alrraheemu alghafooru
Yã san abin da yake shiga a cikin ƙasã da abin da yake fita daga gare ta, da abin da yake sauka daga sama da abin da yake hawa a cikinta, kuma Shĩ ne Mai jin ƙai, Mai gãfara.
Allah says:
يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا ...
He knows that which goes into the earth and that which comes forth from it,
meaning, He knows the number of raindrops that sink into the depths of the earth, and the seeds that have been sown, and the things that are hidden in it, and He knows what comes forth from that, how many they are, how they grow and what they look like.
... وَمَا يَنزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاء ...
and that which descends from the heaven,
means, of raindrops and provision,
... وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا ...
and that which ascends to it.
and what ascends into it, i.e., righteous deeds and other things.
... وَهُوَ الرَّحِيمُ الْغَفُورُ ﴿٢﴾
And He is the Most Merciful, the Oft-Forgiving.
means, He is Most Merciful to His servants; He does not hasten to punish them, and He forgives the sins of those who repent to Him and put their trust in Him.
" يعلم ما يلج في الأرض وما يخرج منها " أي يعلم عدد القطر النازل في أجزاء الأرض والحب المبذور والكامن فيها ويعلم ما يخرج من ذلك عدده وكيفيته وصفاته " وما ينزل من السماء " أي من قطر ورزق وما يعرج فيها أي من الأعمال الصالحة وغير ذلك" وهو الرحيم الغفور " أي الرحيم بعباده فلا يعاجل عصاتهم بالعقوبة الغفور عن ذنوب التائبين إليه المتوكلين عليه .
"يعلم ما يلج" يدخل "في الأرض" كماء وغيره "وما ينزل من السماء" من رزق وغيره "وما يعرج" يصعد "فيها" من عمل وغيره "وهو الرحيم" بأوليائه "الغفور" لهم
أي ما يدخل فيها من قطر وغيره , كما قال : " فسلكه ينابيع في الأرض " [ الزمر : 21 ] من الكنوز والدفائن والأموات وما هي له كفات .
«يَعْلَمُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر «ما» اسم موصول مفعول به والجملة استئنافية «يَلِجُ» الجملة صلة «فِي الْأَرْضِ» متعلقان بيلج «وَما» الواو عاطفة وما موصولية معطوفة على ما سبق «يَخْرُجُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة صلة «مِنْها» متعلقان بيخرج «وَما يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ» معطوف على ما سبق «وَهُوَ» الواو حالية ومبتدأ والجملة في محل نصب على الحال «الرَّحِيمُ الْغَفُورُ» خبران للمبتدأ
