أَيَعِدُكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ إِذَا مِتُّمْ وَكُنتُمْ تُرَاباً وَعِظَاماً أَنَّكُم مُّخْرَجُونَ

"Shin, idan mun mutu, kuma muka kasance turɓaya da kasũsuwa,ashe, lalle mũ tabbas waɗandaake tãyarwa ne?
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا أَئِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ ﴿١٦﴾
أَوَآبَاؤُنَا الْأَوَّلُونَ ﴿١٧﴾
When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we (then) verily be resurrected? And also our fathers of old!
They thought that this was unlikely to happen, and they did not believe it.
يستبعدون ذلك ويكذبون به .
"أإذا متنا وكنا ترابا وعظاما أإنا لمبعوثون" في الهمزتين في الموضعين التحقيق وتسهيل الثانية وإدخال ألف بينهما على الوجهين
أي أنبعث إذا متنا ؟ . فهو استفهام إنكار منهم وسخرية .

«أَإِذا» الهمزة حرف استفهام إنكاري وإذا ظرفية شرطية غير جازمة «مِتْنا» ماض وفاعله والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة «وَكُنَّا» ماض ناقص واسمه والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «تُراباً» خبرها «وَعِظاماً» معطوف على ترابا «أَإِنَّا» الهمزة حرف استفهام إنكاري وإن واسمها «لَمَبْعُوثُونَ» اللام المزحلقة وخبر
