السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاللّهُ عَلَىَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً
Walillahi mulku alssamawati waalardi yaghfiru liman yashao wayuAAaththibu man yashao wakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman

Mulkin sammai da ƙasã na Allah kawai ne, Yanã gãfartawa ga wanda Yake so, kuma Yanã azabta wanda Yake so alhãli kuwa Allah Ya kasance Mai gãfara ne, Mai jin ƙai.
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills: but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
And Allah's is the kingdom. of the heavens and the earth; He forgives whom He pleases and punishes whom He pleases, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
And Allah's is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He forgiveth whom He will, and punisheth whom He will. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah said,
وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ...
And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth.
Allah the Exalted then states that He is the Only Authority, King and Owner Who has full control over the residents of the heavens and earth,
... يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاء وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاء وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا ﴿١٤﴾
He forgives whom He wills, and punishes whom He wills.
And Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful. (with those who repent, return and submit to Him with humiliation.)
ثم بين تعالى أنه الحاكم المالك المتصرف في أهل السماوات والأرض" يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء وكان الله غفورا رحيما " أي لمن تاب إليه وأناب وخضع لديه.
"ولله ملك السموات والأرض يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء وكان الله غفورا رحيما" أي لم يزل متصفا بما ذكر
أي هو غني عن عباده , وإنما ابتلاهم بالتكليف ليثيب من آمن ويعاقب من كفر وعصى .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«وَلِلَّهِ» حرف استئناف وجار ومجرور خبر مقدم.
«مُلْكُ» مبتدأ مؤخر.
«السَّماواتِ» مضاف إليه.
«وَالْأَرْضِ» معطوف على السموات.
«يَغْفِرُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر.
«لِمَنْ» متعلقان بالفعل.
«يَشاءُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة صلة وجملة يغفر مستأنفة.
«وَيُعَذِّبُ» معطوف على يغفر والفاعل مستتر.
«مَنْ» مفعول به.
«يَشاءُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر والجملة صلة.
«وَكانَ اللَّهُ غَفُوراً رَحِيماً» الواو حالية وكان واسمها وخبراها والجملة حال.
