وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

Kuma magana ta auku a kansu, sabõda zãluncin da suka yi. To, sũ bã su da ta cħwa.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنطِقُونَ ﴿٨٥﴾
And the Word will be fulfilled against them, because they have done wrong, and they will be unable to speak.
They will be stunned and speechless, unable to give any answer. This is because they wronged themselves in the world, and now they have returned to the One Who sees the unseen and the seen, from Whom nothing can be hidden.
Then Allah points out His complete power, immense authority and greatness, all dictating that He is to be obeyed and that His commands must be followed, and that the message of inescapable truth brought by His Prophets must be believed in.
Allah says:
أي بهتوا فلم يكن لهم جواب لأنهم كانوا في الدار الدنيا ظلمة لأنفسهم وقد ردوا إلى عالم الغيب والشهادة الذي لا تخفى عليه خافية .
"ووقع القول" حق العذاب "عليهم بما ظلموا" أي أشركوا "فهم لا ينطقون" إذ لا حجة لهم
ظلموا " أي وجب العذاب عليهم بظلمهم أي بشركهم .

«وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ» الواو حرف عطف وماض وفاعله «عَلَيْهِمْ» متعلقان بالفعل ، والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «بِما» الباء حرف جر وما مصدرية «ظَلَمُوا» ماض وفاعله والمصدر المؤول من ما والفعل في محل جر بالباء والجار والمجرور متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما «فَهُمْ» الفاء حرف عطف «هم» مبتدأ «لا يَنْطِقُونَ» «لا» نافية ومضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون والواو فاعله والجملة الفعلية خبر المبتدأ ، والجملة الاسمية معطوفة على ما قبلها
