قُل لاَّ أَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِي نَفْعاً وَلاَ ضَرّاً إِلاَّ مَا شَاء اللّهُ وَلَوْ كُنتُ
أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ لاَسْتَكْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ وَمَا مَسَّنِيَ السُّوءُ إِنْ
أَنَاْ إِلاَّ نَذِيرٌ وَبَشِيرٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعاً وَلَا ضَرّاً وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ
Faalyawma la yamliku baAAdukum libaAAdin nafAAan wala darran wanaqoolu lillatheena thalamoo thooqoo AAathaba alnnari allatee kuntum biha tukaththiboona

Sabõda haka, a yau sãshenku bã ya mallakar wani amfãni ga wani sãshen, kuma bã ya mallakar wata cũta, kuma Munã cħwa ga waɗanda suka yi zalunci, Ku ɗanɗani azabar wutã wadda "kuka kasance game da ita, kunã ƙaryatãwa."
So on that Day no power shall they have over each other, for profit or harm: and We shall say to the wrong-doers, "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!"
So on that day one of you shall not control profit or harm for another, and We will say to those who were unjust: Taste the chastisement of the fire which you called a lie.
That day ye will possess no use nor hurt one for another. And We shall say unto those who did wrong: Taste the doom of the Fire which ye used to deny.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah says:
فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا ...
So Today, none of you can profit or harm one another.
means, `none of those idols and rivals whom you hoped would benefit you, will be of any avail to you, those whom you worshipped in the hope that they would help you at times of stress and calamity. Today they will have no power either to benefit you or to harm you.'
... وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ...
And We shall say to those who did wrong: -- meaning the idolators --
... ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾
"Taste the torment of the Fire which you used to deny.''
meaning, this will be said to them by way of rebuke.
" فاليوم لا يملك بعضكم لبعض نفعا ولا ضرا " أي لا يقع لكم نفع ممن كنتم ترجون نفعه اليوم من الأنداد والأوثان التي ادخرتم عبادتها لشدائدكم وكربكم اليوم لا يملكون لكم نفعا ولا ضرا " ونقول للذين ظلموا " وهم المشركون" ذوقوا عذاب النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون " أي يقال لهم ذلك تقريعا وتوبيخا .
"فاليوم لا يملك بعضكم لبعض" أي بعض المعبودين لبعض العابدين "نفعا" شفاعة "ولا ضرا" تعذيبا "ونقول للذين ظلموا" كفروا
أي شفاعة ونجاة .

«فَالْيَوْمَ» الفاء استئنافية والظرف متعلق بالفعل بعده «لا» نافية «يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ» مضارع وفاعله والكاف مضاف إليه والجملة مستأنفة «لِبَعْضٍ» متعلقان بنفعا «نَفْعاً» مفعول به «وَلا ضَرًّا» معطوف على ما قبله والجملة مضافة ليوم «وَنَقُولُ» الجملة معطوفة «لِلَّذِينَ» اسم الموصول مجرور باللام ومتعلقان بتقول «ظَلَمُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «ذُوقُوا عَذابَ» أمر والواو فاعله وعذاب مفعوله والجملة مقول القول «النَّارِ» مضاف إليه «الَّتِي» اسم موصول صفة «كُنْتُمْ» كان واسمها والجملة صلة «بِها» متعلقان بالفعل بعدهما «تُكَذِّبُونَ» مضارع والواو فاعله والجملة خبر كنتم
