يَا قَوْمِ
لَكُمُ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ظَاهِرِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَن يَنصُرُنَا مِن
بَأْسِ اللَّهِ إِنْ جَاءنَا قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَرَى وَمَا
أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ

وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ يَا قَوْمِ اتَّبِعُونِ أَهْدِكُمْ سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ

Kuma wannan da ya yi ĩmãni ya ce: "Ya mutãnħna! Ku bĩ ni, in shiryar da ku tafarkin shiryuwa."
The man who believed said further: "O my people! Follow me: I will lead you to the Path of Right.
And he who believed said: O my people! follow me, I will guide you to the right course;
And he who believed said: O my people! Follow me. I will show you the way of right conduct.

Allah tells that,
وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ ...
And the man who believed said:
This believer said to his people who persisted in their rebellion and transgression, and preferred the life of this world:
... يَا قَوْمِ اتَّبِعُونِ أَهْدِكُمْ سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ ﴿٣٨﴾
O my people! Follow me, I will guide you to the way of right conduct.
This is in contrast to the false claim of Fir`awn: وَمَا أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ (and I guide you only to the path of right policy). (40:29)
Then he sought to make them shun this world which they preferred to the Hereafter, and which had prevented them from believing in the Messenger of Allah, Musa, peace be upon him.
يقول المؤمن لقومه ممن تمرد وطغى وآثر الحياة الدنيا ونسي الجبار الأعلى فقال لهم " يا قوم اتبعون أهدكم سبيل الرشاد " لا كما كذب فرعون في قوله " وما أهديكم إلا سبيل الرشاد " ثم زهدهم في الدنيا التي قد آثروها على الأخرى وصدتهم عن التصديق برسول الله موسى عليه الصلاة والسلام .
"وقال الذي آمن يا قوم اتبعون" بإثبات الياء وحذفها "أهدكم سبيل الرشاد" تقدم
هذا من تمام ما قاله مؤمن آل فرعون ; أي اقتدوا بي في الدين .

«وَقالَ» الواو حرف عطف وماض «الَّذِي» فاعل «آمَنَ» ماض فاعله مستتر والجملة صلة «يا قَوْمِ» حرف نداء ومنادى مضاف لياء المتكلم المحذوفة للتخفيف «اتَّبِعُونِ» أمر مبني على حذف النون والواو فاعل والنون للوقاية وياء المتكلم محذوفة وهي في محل نصب مفعول به وجملة النداء مقول القول «أَهْدِكُمْ» مضارع مجزوم لأنه جواب الطلب وعلامة جزمه حذف حرف العلة والفاعل مستتر والكاف مفعول به أول «سَبِيلَ» مفعول به ثان «الرَّشادِ» مضاف إليه
