اسْتَجِيبُوا لِرَبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَكُم مِّن مَّلْجَأٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّكِيرٍ

Ku karɓã wa Ubangijinku tun gabãnin wani yini ya zo, bãbu makawa gare shi daga Allah, bã ku da wata mafaka a rãnar nan, kuma bã ku iya yin wani musu.
Hearken ye to your Lord, before there come a Day which there will be no putting back, because of (the Ordainment of) Allah! that Day there will be for you no place of refuge nor will there be for you any room for denial (of your sins)!
Hearken to your Lord before there comes the day from Allah for which there shall be no averting; you shall have no refuge on that day, nor shall it be yours to make a denial.
Answer the call of your Lord before there cometh unto you from Allah a Day which there is no averting. Ye have no refuge on that Day, nor have a ye any (power of) refusal.

Encouragement to obey Allah before the Day of Resurrection
When Allah tells us about the horrors and terrifying events of the Day of Resurrection, He warns us about it and commands us to prepare for it:
اسْتَجِيبُوا لِرَبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ...
Answer the Call of your Lord before there comes from Allah a Day which cannot be averted.
means, once He issues the command, it will come to pass within the blinking of an eye, and no one will be able to avert it or prevent it.
... مَا لَكُم مِّن مَّلْجَأٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّكِيرٍ ﴿٤٧﴾
You will have no refuge on that Day nor there will be for you any denying.
means, you will have no stronghold in which to take refuge, no place in which to hide from Allah, for He will encompass you with His knowledge and power, and you will have no refuge from Him except with Him.
يَقُولُ الإِنسَـنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ
كَلاَّ لاَ وَزَرَ
إِلَى رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ
On that Day man will say: "Where (is the refuge) to flee'?'
No! There is no refuge!
Unto your Lord will be the place of rest that Day. (75:10-12)
لما ذكر تعالى ما يكون في يوم القيامة من الأهوال والأمور العظام الهائلة حذر منه وأمر بالاستعداد له فقال " استجيبوا لربكم من قبل أن يأتي يوم لا مرد له من الله " أي إذا أمر بكونه فإنه كلمح البصر يكون وليس له دافع ولا مانع . وقوله عز وجل " ما لكم من ملجأ يومئذ وما لكم من نكير " أي ليس لكم حصن تتحصنون فيه ولا مكان يستركم وتتنكرون فيه فتغيبون عن بصره تبارك وتعالى بل هو محيط بكم بعلمه وبصره وقدرته فلا ملجأ منه إلا إليه " يقول الإنسان يومئذ أين المفر كلا لا وزر إلى ربك يومئذ المستقر " .
"استجيبوا لربكم" أجيبوه بالتوحيد والعبادة "من قبل أن يأتي يوم" هو يوم القيامة "لا مرد له من الله" أي أنه إذا أتى به لا يرده "ما لكم من ملجإ" تلجئون إليه "يومئذ وما لكم من نكير" إنكار لذنوبكم
أي أجيبوه إلى ما دعاكم إليه من الإيمان به والطاعة . استجاب وأجاب بمعنى ; وقد تقدم .

«اسْتَجِيبُوا» أمر مبني على حذف النون والواو فاعله «لِرَبِّكُمْ» متعلقان بالفعل «مِنْ قَبْلِ» متعلقان بالفعل «أَنْ يَأْتِيَ» مضارع منصوب بأن «يَوْمٌ» فاعل والمصدر المؤول من أن والفعل في محل جر
بالإضافة «لا» نافية للجنس «مَرَدَّ» اسمها المبني على الفتح «لَهُ» متعلقان بمحذوف خبر لا والجملة الاسمية لا مرد له في محل رفع صفة يوم «مِنَ اللَّهِ» متعلقان بمرد وجملة استجيبوا ابتدائية «ما» نافية «لَكُمْ» خبر مقدم «مِنْ» حرف جر زائد «مَلْجَإٍ» مجرور لفظا مرفوع محلا مبتدأ مؤخر «يَوْمَئِذٍ» ظرف زمان «وَما لَكُمْ مِنْ نَكِيرٍ» معطوف على ما لكم من ملجأ وإعرابهما واحد وجملة ما لكم من ملجأ مستأنفة
