هَذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ

وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاء قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ

Kuma ka bã su lãbãri cħwa ruwa rababbe ne a tsakãninsu (da rãƙumar), kõwane sha, mai shi yanã halartar sa.
And tell them that the water is to be divided between them: Each one's right to drink being brought forward (by suitable turns).
And inform them that the water is shared between them; every share of the water shall be regulated.
And inform them that the water is to be shared between (her and) them. Every drinking will be witnessed.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
And inform them that the water is to be shared between them,
one day for her to drink and one day for them to drink,
قَالَ هَـذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
He said: "Here is a she-camel: it has a right to drink, and you have a right to drink (water) on a day, known.'' (26:155)
Allah's statement,
... كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ ﴿٢٨﴾
each one's right to drink being established.
Mujahid said,
"When she did not drink, they would drink the water, and when she drank, they would drink her milk.''
أي يوم لهم ويوم للناقة كقوله " قال هذه ناقة لها شرب ولكم شرب يوم معلوم " وقوله تعالى" كل شرب محتضر " قال مجاهد إذا غابت حضروا الماء وإذا جاءت حضروا اللبن .
"ونبئهم أن الماء قسمة" مقسوم "بينهم" وبين الناقة يوم لهم ويوم لها "كل شرب" نصيب من الماء "محتضر" يحضره القوم يومهم والناقة يومها فتمادوا على ذلك ثم ملوه فهموا بقتل الناقة

«وَنَبِّئْهُمْ» أمر ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة معطوفة على ما قبلها «أَنَّ الْماءَ قِسْمَةٌ» أن واسمها وخبرها «بَيْنَهُمْ» ظرف مكان والمصدر المؤول من أن وما بعدها سد مسد مفعولي نبئ الثاني والثالث «كُلُّ» مبتدأ مضاف إلى شرب «شِرْبٍ» مضاف إليه «مُحْتَضَرٌ» خبر والجملة الاسمية تعليلية.
