وَالأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ
Waalarda madadnaha waalqayna feeha rawasiya waanbatna feeha min kulli shayin mawzoonin

Kuma ƙasa Mun mĩkħ ta kuma Mun jħfa duwãtsu tabbatattu a cikinta kuma Mun tsirar a cikinta, daga dukan abu wanda ake aunãwa da sikħli.
And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance.
And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing.
And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein.
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
وَالأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ ﴿١٩﴾
And We have spread out the earth, and have placed firm mountains in it, and caused all kinds of things to grow in it, in due proportion.
Allah mentions His creation of the earth and how He spread it out, and the firm mountains, valleys, lands and sands that he has placed in it, and the plants and fruits that He causes to grow in their appropriate locations.
مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ
all kinds of things in due proportion.
Ibn Abbas said that;
this means with their predetermined proportions.
This was also the opinion of Sa`id bin Jubayr, Ikrimah, Abu Malik, Mujahid, Al-Hakim bin Utaybah, Al-Hasan bin Muhammad, Abu Salih and Qatadah.
ثم ذكر تعالى خلقه الأرض ومده إياها وتوسيعها وبسطها وما جعل فيها من الجبال الرواسي والأودية والأراضي والرمال وما أنبت فيها من الزروع والثمار المتناسبة وقال ابن عباس " من كل شيء موزون " أي معلوم وكذا قال سعيد بن جبير وعكرمة وأبو مالك ومجاهد والحكم بن عيينة والحسن بن محمد وأبو صالح وقتادة ومنهم من يقول مقدر بقدر وقال ابن زيد من كل شيء يوزن ويقدر بقدر وقال ابن زيد ما يزنه أهل الأسواق .
"والأرض مددناها" بسطناها "وألقينا فيها رواسي" جبالا ثوابت لئلا تتحرك بأهلها "وأنبتنا فيها من كل شيء موزون" معلوم مقدر
هذا من نعمه أيضا , ومما يدل على كمال قدرته . قال ابن عباس : بسطناها على وجه الماء ; كما قال : " والأرض بعد ذلك دحاها " [ النازعات : 30 ] أي بسطها . وقال : " والأرض فرشناها فنعم الماهدون " [ الذاريات : 48 ] . وهو يرد على من زعم أنها كالكرة . وقد تقدم .

«وَالْأَرْضَ» الواو عاطفة والأرض مفعول به لفعل محذوف يفسره المذكور.
«مَدَدْناها» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله والجملة مفسرة للجملة المحذوفة لا محل لها.
«وَأَلْقَيْنا» الواو عاطفة وماض وفاعله والجملة معطوفة.
«فِيها» متعلقان بألقينا.
«رَواسِيَ» مفعول به منصوب.
«وَأَنْبَتْنا» ماض وفاعله والجملة معطوفة.
«فِيها» متعلقان بأنبتنا.
«مِنْ كُلِّ» متعلقان بأنبتنا.
«شَيْ ءٍ» مضاف إليه.
«مَوْزُونٍ» صفة.
