فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ
رِسَالَةَ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ وَلَكِن لاَّ تُحِبُّونَ النَّاصِحِينَ

فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالاَتِ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ فَكَيْفَ آسَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
Fatawalla AAanhum waqala ya qawmi laqad ablaghtukum risalati rabbee wanasahtu lakum fakayfa asa AAala qawmin kafireena

Sai ya jũya daga barinsu, kuma ya ce: "Yã mutãnena! Haƙĩƙa, nã iyar muku da sãƙonnin Ubangijina, kuma nã yi muku nasĩha! To, yãya zan yi baƙin ciki a kan mutãne kãfirai?"
So Shu'aib left them, saying: "O my people! I did indeed convey to you the messages for which I was sent by my Lord: I gave you good counsel, but how shall I lament over a people who refuse to believe!"
So he turned away from them and said: O my people! certainly I delivered to you the messages of my Lord and I gave you good advice; how shall I then be sorry for an unbelieving people?
So he turned from them and said: O my people! I delivered my Lord's messages unto you and gave you good advice; then how can I sorrow for a people that rejected (truth)?
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah tells;
فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ ...
Then he (Shu`ayb) turned from them and said:
Prophet Shu`ayb, peace be upon him, turned away from his people after the torment, punishment and destruction struck them, admonishing and censuring them by saying to them,
... يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالاَتِ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ ...
"O my people! I have indeed conveyed my Lord's Messages unto you and I have given you good advice.''
Shu`ayb said, I have conveyed to you what I was sent with, so I will not feel any sorrow for you since you disbelieved in what I brought you,
... فَكَيْفَ آسَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ ﴿٩٣﴾
"Then how can I grieve over people who are disbelievers!''
أي فتولى عنهم شعيب عليه السلام بعدما أصابهم ما أصابهم من العذاب والنقمة والنكال وقال مقرعا لهم وموبخا " يا قوم لقد أبلغتكم رسالات ربي ونصحت لكم " أي قد أديت إليكم ما أرسلت به فلا آسف عليكم وقد كفرتم بما جئتم به فلهذا قال " فكيف آسى على قوم كافرين " .
"فتولى" أعرض "عنهم وقال يا قوم لقد أبلغتكم رسالات ربي ونصحت لكم" فلم تؤمنوا "فكيف آسى على قوم كافرين" أحزن استفهام بمعنى النفي
أي أحزن . أسيت على الشيء آسى أسى , وأنا آس .
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«فَتَوَلَّى» فعل ماض مبني على الفتحة المقدرة على الألف ، تعلق به الجار والمجرور بعده ، والجملة معطوفة.
«عنهم» الجار والمجرور.
«فَكَيْفَ» اسم استفهام مبني على الفتح في محل نصب حال. والفاء هي الفصيحة.
«آسى » فعل ماض مبني على الفتحة المقدرة على الألف للتعذر ، وقد تعلق به الجار والمجرور بعده.
«كافِرِينَ» صفة مجرورة بالياء ، والجملة لا محل لها جواب شرط مقدر.
