وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ

Waallatheena yasAAawna fee ayatina muAAajizeena olaika fee alAAathabi muhdaroona

Kuma waɗanda suke mãkirci a cikin ãyõyinMu, sunã nħman gajiyarwa, waɗannan abin halartãwa ne a cikin azãba.

Those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them, will be given over into Punishment.

And (as for) those who strive in opposing Our communications, they shall be caused to be brought to the chastisement.

And as for those who strive against Our revelations, challenging, they will be brought to the doom.

وَالَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ ...

And those who strive against Our Ayat, to frustrate them,

means, those who try to block people from the path of Allah and from following His Messengers and believing in His signs,

... أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ ﴿٣٨﴾

they will be brought to the torment.

means, they will all be punished for their deeds, each one accordingly.
