أَمَّن يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَمَن يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْراً بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ أَإِلَهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Amman yahdeekum fee thulumati albarri waalbahri waman yursilu alrriyaha bushran bayna yaday rahmatihi ailahun maAAa Allahi taAAala Allahu AAamma yushrikoona

Kõ wãne ne yake shiryarwa a cikin duffan ƙasa da tħku,kuma wãne ne Yake aikõwar iskõki dõmin bãyar da bushãra a gaba ga rahamarSa? Ashe akwai wani abin bautãwa tãre da Allah? tsarki yã tabbata ga Allah daga barin abin da suke shirki da Shi.
Or, Who guides you through the depths of darkness on land and sea, and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy? (Can there be another) god besides Allah?- High is Allah above what they associate with Him!
Or, Who guides you in utter darkness of the land and the sea, and Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy. Is there a god with Allah? Exalted by Allah above what they associate (with Him).
Is not He (best) Who guideth you in the darkness of the land and the sea, He Who sendeth the winds as heralds of His mercy? Is there any Allah beside Allah? High Exalted be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!
Asbabu n-Nuzuul (Occasions of Revelation)
Allah says,
أَمَّن يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ...
Is not He Who guides you in the darkness of the land and the sea,
meaning, by means of what He has created of heavenly and earthly signposts.
This is like the Ayah,
وَعَلامَـتٍ وَبِالنَّجْمِ هُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
And landmarks and by the stars, they guide themselves. (16:16)
وَهُوَ الَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ النُّجُومَ لِتَهْتَدُواْ بِهَا فِى ظُلُمَـتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ
It is He Who has set the stars for you, so that you may guide your course with their help through the darkness of the land and the sea... (6:97)
... وَمَن يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ ...
and Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy,
meaning, ahead of the clouds which bring rain, by means of which Allah shows His mercy to His servants who are suffering drought and despair.
... أَإِلَهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٦٣﴾
Is there any god with Allah!
Exalted be Allah above all that they associate as partners!
" أمن يهديكم في ظلمات البر والبحر " أي بما خلق من الدلائل السماوية والأرضية كما قال تعالى " وعلامات وبالنجم هم يهتدون" وقال تعالى " وهو الذي جعل لكم النجوم لتهتدوا بها في ظلمات البر والبحر " الآية " ومن يرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته " أي بين يدي السحاب الذي فيه مطر يغيث الله به عباده المجدبين الأزلين القانطين " أإله مع الله تعالى الله عما يشركون" .
"أمن يهديكم" يرشدكم إلى مقاصدكم "في ظلمات البر والبحر" بالنجوم ليلا وبعلامات الأرض نهارا "ومن يرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته" قدام المطر "أإله مع الله تعالى الله عما يشركون" به غيره
يهديكم " أي يرشدكم الطريق
I'raab - grammatical analysis of the Qur'an
«أَمَّنْ» سبق إعرابها «يَهْدِيكُمْ» مضارع ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة صلة من «فِي ظُلُماتِ» متعلقان بالفعل «الْبَرِّ» مضاف إليه «وَالْبَحْرِ» معطوف على البر. والواو حرف عطف «وَمَنْ» معطوفة على ما قبلها «يُرْسِلُ» مضارع فاعله مستتر «الرِّياحَ» مفعول به «بُشْراً» حال والجملة صلة من «بَيْنَ» ظرف مكان مضاف إلى «يَدَيْ» «رَحْمَتِهِ» مضاف إليه «أَإِلهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ» سبق إعرابها. «تَعالَى اللَّهُ» ماض ولفظ الجلالة فاعله «عَمَّا» متعلقان بالفعل والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها «يُشْرِكُونَ» مضارع وفاعله والجملة صلة ما
